48Went here to get an airline baggage claim done. Very friendly and helpful staff. My baggage wasn’t repairable but they manage to sort me a bag with a very heavy discount to match the credits I had from the airline. Thumbs up to the lady and the gent who sort me out today.

Dropped into Gregory's the other day to get a letter for Jetstar to say they had damaged my suitcase beyond repair. The service was fast and couldn't have been friendlier. Thanks guys, happy to recommend you!
Disappointed by the service. I left my suitcase to have 2 wheels replaced. $66 I was charged. Eventually when the job was done - which took 2 weeks - they just improvised with parts and said I could get it repaired properly when I’m in Europe. The price wasn’t reduced. After 1 trip both of the repaired wheels are knackered
I had previously taken my boots to this store to have them altered to fit better around the calf area and they did a great job - you could not even tell that they had been altered and were not originally made that way!
Recently I broke the pull up handle on my suitcase and needed it repaired urgently - so I took it in and they were actually able to fix it for me straight away so that I didn’t need to buy a new suitcase for my trip the next day!

Great Friendly service, Shoes and bag repairs always on time, quality repairs on my shoes outstanding - They even cut keys, repair suitcases. Nice range of new purses and hand bags for sale.
Im so im pressed with these guys, i took my Lou boutin shoes there, they resoled them in the red and they looked brand new, they also gave them a good clean, which i did not request.they were so friendly, not only that, when i picked them up they showed me the shoes and made sure i was happy with them.i will definitely be taking all my shoes there from now on.if you want great service and a high quality job i highly recommend them.
