I had a great experience with my suitcase repair. I brought in a random brand suitcase and was lucky enough that they had the correct part, so they fixed it very quickly. Nice, helpful people with great customer service.

Took some links out of my watch, no waiting, even though they were extremely busy. Great service at a fantastic price. Recommended for bag and shoe repairs as well.

Had my chain replaced for a Cote & Ciel backpack. Very honest and reliable people. Were able to repair it on a Sunday before Christmas as it was quite busy. Would recommend without doubt.

I'm a clutz, I couldn't open my brand new suitcase because I forgot that I had to flick a latch inorder to release the zip lock once the correct 3-digit combination was in place. The highly personal meaningful number started with a '9', which I asked the suitcase shop assistant to set for me only a month earlier. So, while puzzled that the number would be the issue, I took the case to this place where Joe, who started off as an honest enough guy, told me that he would have to manually crack the combo and re-set it. Once 'done', he tried to avoid me by passing me onto his assistant to show me how to set up the combo and open the case. That's when I realised my mistake about the latch, so I called him over to tell him so, but he insisted that "the number was five hundred and something, so you must have messed it up! " Frustratingly, I couldn't prove that he was lying but I denied his accusation and he could see that I was upset with him. At that point he just looked away and was happy for his assistant to take the $25 he initially quoted me. I left the store feeling exploited for my stupid mistake.

Replaced our Antler suitcase lock that was broken by the airlines. 20 minutes later the case was repaired for a very reasonable price.

I was asked to go see them by the Airline after my luggage was broken in transit while I was flying to Australia.
Both the staff was working at that time (Saturday morning) extremely helpful and very kind.
Once the claim was approved they contacted me and processed the claim.
I have to say that they were super professional about the whole approach.

I didn’t think this high quality customer service still existed - they fixed my dodgy wheel fast and not expensive at all. When they knew I was flying out in a couple of days (with Easter in the middle) they managed to have the part express delivered and fixed same day. Amazing stuff. Lovely people. Highly recommend.
