Gregory's Bag & Shoe Repairs

They fixed my bag without an appointment whilst I waited. They explained they could do a better job (less obvious) if I could leave the bag with them but as I was on a very tight turnaround that wasn't an option. Very grateful they squeezed me in so my backpack strap didn't fall off mid trip!

Got a hiking back pack that had a large hole that i wasnt ready to part ways with yet. Got it fixed and it looks more durable than when it was brand new. Great service and high quality work. Thanks so much!

I cannot believe the service. These people had my shoes for over 5 months. I called every single to week to then just be told on the end after 5 months after I cracked it to just come pick them up and nothing had been done to them. Stay away from this place. I was so calm and patient. Then they wanted to get on their high horse as though I was the one who was in the wrong. I have never experienced such bad service.

Recently I happened to snag a beautiful Samsonite briefcase at an op shop for only $6… the only caveat was a broken hinge. Having searched for a licenced repairer (and after seeing the stellar reviews) I drove across town to Gregory’s, hoping they’d be able to fix my problem. Not only did they do so, but they did it in two minutes and insisted it was a complimentary repair! It’s clear from the atmosphere, the fantastic service, and line of customers behind me that this is a treasured family business that truly epitomises old-fashioned service. Cannot recommend them highly enough and will be back for certain!

Fantastic service could not believe how quickly I turned around the repair of my suitcase had to pay them directly but they are virgin approved so will claim the repair back from the airline. Highly recommend them so easy to deal with will keep them in mind for future cheers

Cannot recommend highly enough! Visiting Melbourne from Adelaide recently and lining of my partner’s handbag got stuck very badly in the zip. Visited this shop based on reviews and the repairer dropped everything to fix it on the spot without damaging the zipper or lining and refused payment.

Consistently the best shoe repairs I've had done. Been going here for years and drive across town to get here. Good prices imo. They are busy and may take a week or so. Worth being organised for!

I needed a belt shortened, not another hole but shortened at the buckle end. Excellent job and well priced, definitely going back.

I had a really awesome experience at Gregory’s shoe repairs, Joe was incredibly kind, helpful and professional and the price I was charged to have 2 soles removed and re-glued was super reasonable, he even polished up the leather on the shoes for me as well!:) would recommend to anybody whose favourite shoes need some good TLC.
