After being on the waitlist for 2 Tudor watches for nearly a year, I got a call from Gregorys Chadstone store yesterday afternoon at 4.17pm. No one left a msg and when I called the number after 5pm, it went to their voice mail. I thought, great! One of my pieces had come in! I called 15mins before Opening Hours this morning only to be told they rang the next person on the list and offered the watch to them! Absolutely pathetic service and Arrogant staff to go with it! 0/100

Have not been in store just reading reviews. I am a sales demonstrator myself. Great to hear about fabulous customer service. If you are not providing that in your company, you should change your profession. Well done guys, keep up the great work and will visit you soon.

Purchased one of the elite Garmin tool watches from Gregory Jewellers Chadstone. A Garmin Fenix 6X Pro Sapphire addition. I was served by Farimah. She gave us all the time we needed to pick out our best option. We were offered bottled water with the option of sparkling water. I’m happen to be travelling oversea soon and Farimah help me out with that also by pointing out the receive must be under two months to claim tax exemption. Therefore she offer us the option to layby and comeback in a later date to finish the purchase. Thanks Farimah.

Was on the hunt for a new Tudor watch as a Birthday gift. Initial impression was good, contacted the store and Graciela was very helpful ensuring that the watches we were considering would be in the Chadstone store. Unfortunately, she was not able to be there when we visited the store, and passed us along to Peng for assistance.

Peng was nothing short of condescending and rude, and treated us as if we were an imposition, despite having my wallet out ready to buy.

My wife, having a limited understanding of watches, asked him about the movement of the Tudor Heritage Black Bay, at which he scoffed, snapping "of course it's automatic". She also asked whether there was any room for negotiations on price, again he laughed in her face, telling her that we were lucky there were even watches in the case at all, as they are usually sold out. Given we had called ahead to check that the pieces were in store, no, we weren't "lucky" they were there at all. If you are unwilling or unable to offer any discounts, absolutely fair enough, but treat your customers with a modicum of respect. Even if he had offered us a discount, there is no chance that I would have purchased anything from him, given the way he treated us.

We ended up purchasing a significantly more expensive watch from a competitor, due to the impeccable customer service we received in store. Gregory's and their staff could learn a lot.

Having shopped with Gregory’s Jewellery for several years I’m still extremely impressed with their service levels.

You are treated with the upmost respect from start to finish. They’ve a great range of products and knowledge to support them.

Quite seriously it would take a lot for me to shop elsewhere.
