Thanks Thea and her team for the wonderful services. I got my favourite watch so quickly. It was absolutely a pleasure experience to shop in Gregory Chadstone. Would recommend every one! Especially if you want a iconic Tudor watch.

Was take care of by thea, super sweet and helpful girl, had great knowledge of the products and helped me find a tennis bracelet i needed to purchase, then assisted with purchasing a wedding band in which she accommodated to my crazy circumstances tremendously! Made sure to help me design the wedding band exactly how i wanted and get it delivered within the small time bracket i had. Couldn’t recommend thea anymore than I already do, will definitely be back to purchase again soon!

I had a great experience at this store. My partner and I are getting married this weekend, and she knew I had been looking for a specific watch for a long time with no luck tracking it down. I had conceded I would not have the watch in time for our wedding, and would just wait until it was more readily available. Knowing how popular this watch is, I did not expect to see it in the store, let alone to walk out with it 30 minutes later. Thank you so much Kimberley and team, I'm so excited to be able to wear this watch on my wedding day!

Im not sure what happened at Gregorys Chadstone today but as you well aware I attended the store Sunday and spoke to Peng Li about a Breitling navitimer 46, a price was discussed $11,490, and I said I would return, he gave me his card and told me he would be away from Monday for 10 days but If I returned his ‘Friendly staff’ would assist. Today I was in Collins st pricing the same watch and others and rang your store again today and asked if you can match it for $10,000 and include the Breitling bag I noticed on Sunday. My details were taken and I was told I’d be rang back. 3 minutes later I was told via phone in conversation 'congrats the watch and bag are all yours’! Having heard this I made my way all the way to the Gregorys Chadstone store elated and with adequate funds ready to buy a watch I been wanting for over 6 years now only to be made to wait in-store 3-4 mins then told there is a mistake. Why wasnt I notified earlier? Is my time and money not good enough for the store. Todays actions have noted, a big thank you to all involved in destroying a life long dream, you may sell expensive watches daily, but Im not the type of person who buys one daily. Also noted no attempt was made for an apology or was I contacted after leaving to try to mediate the situation. What was supposed to be a great day for all involved turned out to be sheer and utter disappointment.very poor customer service

The attendant that took care of me was great and very professional. Her name is Kimberly and she knew about the watches I had researched and wanted to look at. She helped steer me in the right direction and also provided a great experience. I will be back there again:)

Amy was very helpful throughout the time we were choosing for our engagement and wedding rings. She was informative and patient in giving us options until we found what we wanted which made my fiancé really happy. I would definitely recommend her and Gregory to my family and friends in the future.

Sales consultant was unhelpful and frankly quite rude. Was told I'd have to pay upfront for a wedding band before it can be ordered in even though the style wasn't available for me to see or try on.

Excellent service and quick delivery of my watch. Blanka and the team were great to deal with and I will be returning for future purchases.
