Have always been impressed with the service and quality of Gregory Jewellers Chadstone. We were served by Thea and she was very patient and explained everything in detail. Gregory offered a wide range of jewellery options but most important we felt the quality was exceptional. My aunt ended up buying a ring and absolutely loved it. Definitely would come back again.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a watch, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. The salesperson, a matured lady, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

From the moment I entered the store I was greeted with kindness and gentleness. I was attended to by Patrick who was most helpful. He enquired about what I was looking at and then sat me down, offered me a drink and explained diamonds to me. Together we picked the diamond I wanted and then customised a pair of earrings for me. He was not pushy at all. He was happy for me to go away and think about it. I went to x2 other stores before entering Gregory, and the service was not to the level it was here. The other staff also were attentive to my questions about their opinions on sizing. I so happy with this store and its service. I can’t recommend a better Jewellers. I can’t wait to get my earrings!
