The amazing service started from just an email. Kesh and Jackie welcomed us to the shop like we knew each other. Jackie was super friendly, funny and was super patient. I had to come in more than once as I wanted to make sure I made the right decision for my engagement ring and Jackie was always so accommodating. I have no regrets for choosing Gregory Jewellers. Outstanding customer service, needed two rings cut off my finger. The staff made me feel so much better about such an awkward request, and with such a clean cut it’s an easy repair, had no pressure to get it reappeared by them, but decided to because they were so helpful. Very happy customer.
