Recently purchased my 3rd TAG Heuer watch from this store & it’s been a fantastic experience. Had the pleasure of dealing with Vincent & I cannot be happier. He was very knowledgeable in his products & has a fantastic customer service approach in making me feel comfortable and confident when deciding which watch to buy. He has gone above and beyond to make me happy and for that I cannot be more proud. Thank you so much for your service & because of Vincent I will love to revisit this store in particular when shopping for other items also.

From the first phone call I made before coming into store, I felt important.
Ayla was my Sales Consultant today who was extremely professional and very helpful and all done with smile, Even with the added pressure of the Christmas Stress, it was a very relaxed shopping experience. The staff were very friendly and inviting.

Great Service. Bought a Tudor Black Bay Pro. The Best Gregory Branch in Victoria. Come here and don't go to other branch if you want excellent service. Vincent is Great, Helpful and also his other colleagues very professional, warm and welcoming. Visit them if you want to feel just like home and very welcome.

I received really good service from Sydney Gregory Jewellers and needed my Gucci earrings repaired at my cost. The lady at the highpoint store was not kind or helpfull, her manager had to come over and remind her that they repaired jewellery. I also wanted a new watch but I went somewhere else.

Got this beauty after a few months on waiting list. I would like to thank Gregory Jeweller at High Point Melbourne and their staff (Vincent) for being super friendly and taking a great care of me. Will definitely come back for the next watch. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend Gregory Jewellers at Highpoint shopping centre. Vincent was incredibly helpful there and worked with me to find the ideal engagement ring. Price was affordable and quality was excellent. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking at buying an engagement ring.

I went in store and got my new engagement ring measured to be sent off to be re sized. It came back still too big. I then got it sent off again to be adjusted and when it was returned to me they had changed the clasps making the ring look totally different. It was acknowledged that it was now different than it originally was but they never explained that it was changed until I questioned it and didn't bother to apologise.

Superb service. My product came from interstate. Fast, efficient and pleasant service. Rachel was knowledgeable, attentative and very professional. Great product too!
