Ordered Uber and waited 50 minutes for delivery to be cold. Rang restaurant and they didn’t give 2 craps about our order or experience. Never order or eat here. Really bad customer service. Find another better supply of take away.

I came here with my family for our special occasion and all foods are so amazing. Host Phuong and all staffs are friendly and helpful. This place is suitable for organizing a party with family and friends. Tbh I love grilled pork vermicelli salad. Must try

Dinner tonight at Green Bamboo was amazing, the Pho was excellent, the tomato rice was fluffy and extremely tasty paired with the Japanese tofu stew. The staff are polite and friendly. Will be coming back:)

We ordered their Pho and tofu dishes which were very delicious. Staff were fantastic and accomodating. Their restaurant is spacious and a good place to host an event. Plenty of seating and even a karaoke machine. Green Bamboo celebrated their 10th anniversary today and gave us a 10% discount which was lovely!

I had the best laksa so far, better than chef lagenda which has gone downhill.
My partner had the pork dumpling soup which was aromatic and flavourful. We also shared some delicious homemade prawn rolls. Definitely coming back.
The service was prompt although our meals did not come at the same time, and preceded the entree, but considering the quality of the food, very trivial.
Parking is available both off street nearby and onstreet.
Easily accessible by wheelchair. Child friendly.
Plenty of vegetarian options available.

We have revisited this great eatery twice since the review, and I can honestly say, it just gets better.
The food is actually better here than some more "upmarket" Vietnamese restaurants we have been to. The only big difference is the price. This restaurant is very reasonably priced, very good food, friendly prompt service. The three main things you want from cafes and restaurants.

A group of us from out of state wanted Asian food, and we found the Green Bamboo while walking along Keolor Road. Service was great, knowledge and explanation of food was outstanding, and the food was awesome! The price of the food compared to what you get on the plate is fantastic. It was more than enough, filling and very tasty. I ordered the Beef Chilli on a Sizzling Plate, and my colleague ordered the Chef's Special Beef Stir-Fried with Schezuan Sauce, and the other ordered the Chef's Special Half Duck with Plum Sauce. We were all very satisfied customers. We are going back for sure.

Delicious Laksa and prawns fried rice. Cooked fresh and lots of prawns in the fried rice. Excellent value.

Honestly favorite restaurant in Melbourne! I don’t know why people are complaining about the pricing and food! Both are incredibly exceptional.great service and love that the restaurant is big and spacious! Keep up the good work:)

Good service. Very overpriced. Bland food. Ordered a combination noodle soup, had one prawn, two small bits of pork, enormous leak and the rest water and vegetables. Being tight like that is unpleasant and sends customers away. I would have returned ten times, spending hundreds of dollars but by saving a few bucks on prawns and meat, I'll be sure to avoid.

I think the food here has been westernised abit, as the taste and ingredients is not as authentic.

The service was really great though.

First time I had dinner and thought it was a great spot. I had a lovely serving of fried rice and crispy egg noodle.

Come here regularly with family and friends. The food is exceptional, from the flavours to the cooking style. Perfect. The staff are always friendly especially the manager, she is lovely. See you again soon.

We both ordered pho and Viet beer, overall was tasty soup was a slightly sweet but enjoyed.

Horrible food, strange flavours and frozen vegetables instead of chinese vegetables. No sign of lemongrass in chilli and lemongrass stirfry. Mongolian vegetables limp and inedible

Bland food and overpriced. Came here for dinner and regretted not choosing one of the various other nearby restaurants. Should have know something was wrong when half the restaurant and customers were hidden in the dark and the others in a well lit area.

They forgot to enter one of our parties order into the system. She ordered the special and the waiter was even asked whether the pork was the crispy roast one or the soft bbq one and he even took ages writing the order on his pad but then seconds later "forgot" to enter it into the system? When we finally discovered this error we were told he forgot and he was new (just a few WEEKS on the job not days) and that new employees hard to find. No apology just a nervous grin and that the order will now be entered, naturally we declined.

Now onto the food the chinese broccoli overpriced at close to $20 was tasteless. It tasted like just steamed green without much flavour coming from the minimal sauce.

The spring rolls came out in two parts the lettuce and saice came out before the meal but the actual spring rolls came halfway through the meal long after the mains were served.

The garlic beef had mainly onions and carrots with minimal greens (lucky i had ordered the bland broccoli) and tasted soggy with hardly any garlic used.

Finally the fried wontons tasted worse than your frozon wontons that you can get from you local supermarket.

Absolutely amazing! Their Vermicelli Salads to die for! Friendly service too! Definitely planning to come here more often, even for my 21st birthday
