Great Ocean Road Resort

Had a great time. The room had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. The customer service, from the staff in both reception and the restaurant, was outstanding. We have already booked our next stay!

I certainly recommend this resort, during the 4 nights we stayed, we felt comfortable and fitted in with staff & locals, rooms were great, parking is ok, as you had to find carpark when available, but it wasn’t an issue, shopping centre 2 min drive out, the beach view was stunning across the road from resort, pools were always open, and we loved it, great for the kids, I will certainly be booking again,

He found the bed too hard, the wifi was patchy, but great value for money and we will probably come again. It's not all about the wifi!

Wonderful near shops and surrounded by nature and water.a variety of rooms to choose from and activities. We loved it, everything you need in the area.

Certainly well presented and rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly.
Food at the restaurant wasn't anything to rave about including breakfast, but was ample for what it is.
Would have liked to use the complimentary gym and pool, but maybe next time.
Entrance is confusing at first but off the side road or the street alongside the petrol station for reception.

Wow.staff are awesome. Kids jumped all day. I Caught fish and had a awesome meal before bed

Very comfortable and roomy, as I am in a wheelchair, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend this place for a weekend stay.

Currently staying here, pleasantly suprised, great facilities, friendly staff and awesome for the price.

Having to wash dishes when leaving is a little ridiculous being a Resort. Coffee cups smelt like off milk when we arrived, Vehicles travel way too fast through the site. We paid for a king size bed, but it's two singles stuck together with Very Uncomfortable hump in the middle. Nice pool, good gym, good location, nice staff.

Really enjoyed Stay.
Great Location. Bookings and communication spot on. Did not get to use facilities, as we were out at beach, but will try pool etc next time.

Very Expensive.very expensive.small room$400 per night. The towel very dirty. Staff not friendly.

Home away from home. Resort caters for families with children.activities, pool, spa, gym and restaurant in the resort. Reasonably priced.will highly recommend the "Great Ocean Road Resort".

This is a great place especially for families. The rooms are very clean, service is good and facilities are amazing for a small resort. The kids trampoline park and indoor pool make this place great value for families.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, great facilities. I stayed for a work trip and it had all I needed and I even managed to get a soak in the spa. Would stay again for sure.

Stunning room with remote control fireplace, large TV, leather couches, great views, great location, amazing service, highly recommend. Outstanding service and will be back again.

Such a lovely stay, dont really need to leave because it had everything you needed. Restaurant food was delish, pool was nice, maybe a little cleaning around the tiling needed. Staff were absolutely the loveliest and really tried to be accomodating. We loved our stay and would definately book to stay again.

Bathrooms need major attention, I paid extra for a spa suite and when I saw the spa I wasn't even going to attempt to use it. The filter was stuck on with duck tape, there was rust and bits of mould around each jet. The shower also had mould in the corners. However the rest of the room was perfect, the staff are lovely and the pool, spa and steam room are fantastic.

Nice and basic family room. Could use more of a clean, because I found dust and spider webs in the corners of each room. Gym was small, but just went you need (weights, machines and treadmills). Trampolines were cool and the tennis courts need an upgrade. It was very cold on our holiday so we used the heater almost always because we have two kids under the age of two. We put the heater on the maximum temperature and it didn't heat the room at all. I would recommend on upgrading the TV in the room, very small. But, the foxtel channels were great! Beds comfy, showers good, free coffee and sugar.
