Thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon with the other people in the group today
Laura was brilliant! The facilities were homely, and well equipped. The class was small enough so that everyone can be hands on.and it made for good conversations/connections during meal times.the class itself was well taught, not at all intimidating for novice chefs.the meals/recipes were easy and delicious. Learnt a trick or two as well. Looking forward to trying another class soon!

I really enjoyed the pasta making course - great class! Really inspired me to try making my own pasta and gnocchi at home.
A great environment, easy and very tasty recipes I'll actually cook, highly recommend this school. I'll be going back for another class for sure.
My husband and I enjoyed the Patisserie Masterclass at Gourmet Kitchen Cooking School. We were in a group of 8, which was a great size to learn, experiment, ask questions, work in pairs or as a team where needed. Laura was a fabulous instructor, knowledgeable, patient to our queries, and provided detailed instructions. Alex was so patient and did all the heavy lifting with the cleaning and tidying up of our mess as we moved on from one recipe to another.
It was an intense session covering 12+ recipes (and being patisserie.there was a lot of precision, accuracy, waiting and pre-planning involved) in the span of of 4.5-5 hours. A nicely prepared recipe book was made available, which we gladly took home along with a complimentary apron, and homemade scones for arvo tea.
We were delighted with the fruits of our labor, from macarons, shortcrust pastry, profritteroles, eclairs, crème patissiere, Italian meringue, and fruit tarts among others.
We look forward to taking another class with the School soon!
This was a gift for my partner and I, and we were extremely happy with the experience. Laura was an awesome instructor, super friendly, and willing to help us out. We are looking forward to doing more classes, and recommending this experience to our friends and family.
