Good Cycles

My cycle stand got loose, so i want to them and they were very kind and generous they fixed it free of cost. I offered to pay but they refused to take and they were very polite and helpfull would highly reccomed to vheck them out.

Mixed experiences over 4 times i have taken my road bike there.have had a good experience, fine experience, an OK experience and an unsatisfactory experience that has lead me to not return.

Fantastic customer service Charlie and staff went above and beyond by expectations.
Had a lot of work done to my Giant bike, and it is now in such good condition feels like a brand new bike:)

Call up your bicycle mechanic right now and tell them you’re breaking up. This place is so good, Charlie is possibly the kindest and smartest human. Your bike will be treated like royalty and work like it never has before.

Had a great experience buying a pair of new panniers today. They were very friendly, explained everything about the bags and generously adjusted and fitted them up to my bike for me. Thanks again!

Just a shout out to the staff at Good Cycles (Melbourne city - Goldsborough La) who did a fantastic job servicing my bike - the ride feels like butter. Particular mention to Byron who took the time and explained the reasons for what needed to be done and why the service cost was what it was. Byron was patient and not condescending with someone like myself who knows very little about looking after bikes or about bikes in general. Thanks Byron. I'll definitely be using your services again

Great staff, very friendly service and fair prices.
Went there a couple of times for small bike issues and got a full service done the other day) I originally chose it because it was in walking distance to my work and now it is my go-to bike shop!
Luckily they open at eight and fixed me up quickly when I got a flat tire on my way to work the other day.

I didn’t know about Good Cycle. Discovered it yesterday doing Christmas shopping. Super helpful staff. It’s also a social enterprise so happy to spread the love.

I had to close one eye too many times!
Super bad customer service, it’s like they are doing a favour to you by “trying to fix your bike”…do they know that we are customers, we pay money for their “service”…?
Had a service booked for my e-bike so made a trip to there in this rainy morning and when arrived they told me that now they are serving only bikes that have been bought from their shop!
One of the shop’s team told me that he asked someone else to give me a call but he said: “obviously they didn’t! ”.

Well I’ll tell you this, next time instead of asking someone else to do some jobs just don’t be lazy and DIY mate!

…. I understand, whatever you wanna do do it, it’s your business but at least be polite…ADVISE CUSTOMER IF YOU CAN’T DO SOME JOBS!

Really appreciated the friendly and prompt service after my brakes (on a bike from another store) basically stopped working.

Great service, I really appreciated that Seireadan took me through a few things and explained everything in the service (and beyond) really well. Great prices the membership pays for itself. My Merida rides like a dream now. Will be back!

Took my bicycle for a service a couple weeks ago and it's honestly riding better than when I first bought it. The team member who I dropped off the bike with was super friendly and took the time to explain some things to me. Service was quick and fairly priced, all done within a couple hours, will definitely take it back here again.

This place is the best! I’ve taken my run-down old bike here for repairs a couple of times now, and have received such friendly, expert & generous service. Guaranteed to ride away happy. Big recommend!

My bike broke on my ride to uni so I took it in to them to repair it (the back wheel wasn't attached to the bike at this point!). Not only did they fix it but they also refused to charge me! Couldn't speak highly enough of the nice man who served me (didn't get his name). I will be back!

Poor service and response - I brought a new cycle here and they didn’t honour the warranty. Best to avoid this place.
