Most valued for money (around this region) and fresh ingredients and great taste! Very friendly and helpful service staffs. Tomato relish is absolutely delicious, had to buy a take home jar.

We stayed in Hoddle's Creek for 2 nights, and we had breakfast here the 1st morning. The food and coffee was so good we returned the 2nd morning.

Recommend the Sandwiches, Kid's Pancakes and a Meat Pie to takeaway

This is hands down my favourite bakery I’ve ever been to. I live locally, and there are other nice cafe/bakeries in the area - however - Gladysdale Bakery will ALWAYS be my place of choice. The staff are so lovely, the coffee is delicious, the food served ridiculously fast, and the best part - the food tastes SENSATIONAL. I have no relations to the staff or the owners here, I simply just love what they have to offer and have to share the positive review.

Great place to stop for breakky or a coffee when you are on Warburton Hwy. They serve a variety of great Sangas too. Spacious & dog friendly as well. Ample parking available.

It is a very nice small bakery/cafe. The quality of the food is nice and there are seating available inside and outside.

Wow is all I can say just had the best pastie ever you can see all the veggies are fresh and not the frozen rubbish a lot of others use, make sure you do not pass this place without going in also spoke to a tradie there and he said his moving to the area just so he can go there for lunch every day if I could give 10 stars I would

If you're visiting the Yarra valley then try to drop into this cafe. Awesome range of treats and amazing coffee.

Dropped in for an early lunch on Australia Day, we just beat the lunch rush and was able to get a table on the front deck.

The staff were friendly and cheery, welcoming people in, sorting out all the covid check-in requirements, and seating people. Ordering at the counter was a breeze, with plenty of staff ready to take your order.

I got the Banh mi Benny, a flavour combo of a eggs Benedict with the braised pork and pickled vegetables of a traditional banh mi. It was a really good combination and I'd highly recommend.

We also got some take away frozen pies (delish!), and some desserts (it's futile resisting).

Update! (Dec 2022)

We came back with a friend for a coffee and some breakfast, I got the GB Benny bagel, which was quite tasty. Hollandaise, ham, sauerkraut, egg, cheese on a bagel.

We just ate at Gladysdale for a leisurely lunch on the deck - great views, friendly & quick service & heaps of choice available, despite having "limited items", because it's just before Christmas.

You know the food is good when it has been two weeks since I've been here and I'm still thinking about that Pork Belly sandwich (it smells a bit because it's pork belly but honestly I think that's what makes it so tasty). Wish I lived closer

Came here years ago for the pies and loved it then and so our visit last week was expected to be good and it definitely was. We got there just before closing and the food and coffee was still great. I got the lamb and vegetable pie which was delicious, not fatty and with thin, flaky pastry. The only tiny downside was that we asked for extra, extra hot mocha's and they were only just hot enough. But the coffee to chocolate ratio was great which isn't all that common now. The soy milkshake was great too, as was the melting moments and the redskin version was fun too. Overall will definitely be back for another pie and milkshake!

This bakery is amazing. The staff are lovely, the pies are so tasty and the beef brisket sanga is delicious when offered on the menu I highly recommend trying it. Even the salt they put on the chips is the best!

Really lovely place with seating in or out, great food, nice view and friendly staff. Great coffee and prices.

I can't help but come here daily because of their coffee & food.
It doesn't help when you live right next door either. Too easy. Too tasty.

This bakery is very popular, especially with tourists.
They have a wide variety of offerings including pies, pasties and cakes etc.
All very tasty.
There is indoor and outdoor seating available.
The service is very good.
The only negative comment I have is the lack of parking. I rode my motorbike there and had to search for a space. Not a big problem but one that could be improved.
I will, no doubt, return.

Had a raspberry pie slice wedge. It was delicious. A Good selection of cakes and pies. Good coffee. It was a very cold overcast morning. I couldn't stay for lunch as it was to cold for me.

Wow, what a fantastic little bakery! A real surprise and delight. We stopped here on the way to Mount Donna Buang. Everything that we tried was delicious, including the yo-yos (both the Monte Carlo and Lemon) and apple pie. The highlights for us were the moist flourless chocolate brownie and the still slightly gooey and not too sweet caramel slice. We will be back. We did notice that the bakery was for sale, so hopefully it remains as great as it is now, if there does happen to be a change in owner. Ahhhh that caramel slice…! Yum.
