Open 24/7 with great facilities and friendly staff. The Coaching Zone program provides added motivation to workout as it makes workouts more fun and sociable.
Went last night just to check out the gym and was given one of the worst sales pitches I have ever received. I'm joining a gym not buying a car. Let me see the place, show me the rates, that's it. Could have been $2 a week and I wouldn't have signed up. It's tacky, patronising and insulting. Please stop it going forward.
Great gym with friendly staff. Lots and lots of equipment as well as plenty of classes. Been a member for over 10 years.
I am not impress with customer service. I recently shifted from BoxHill to Croydon and I am a current member of BoxHill Genesis club. I was on two for one membership in BoxHill Genesis and requested customer service if they can offer me somewhat near to the Genesis BoxHill rate but it appears to me that customer service in Ringwood club is not interested in attracting customers. They didn’t spend time to discuss how they can meet the offer from BoxHill Genesis club.
Great venue and value for money.
A long standing member (guessing 15 years) which has everything I need, is always open with conveniently located member parking which are also close to all Eastland amenities, and close to home leaving no excuses NOT to regularly visit!
