I'll never come to this gym again due to my bad experience here and poor customer service provided. Waste my time and money, but I really learned from it. Tips: do not call them and talk to them as they do not record or memory anything. If you have any issues, write down and keep a copy by yourself.

This gym is one of a few, that offers ample car parking space, extremely helpful reception staff. Lots of equipment, very well maintained. Reasonable prices given all the facilities.

I love exersising at Genesis Ringwood. I am always greeted by name by the friendly faces at the desk. I feel safe and comfortable in the gym and spoilt for variety with the many exersise zones. The new renovation has really lifted the space! It's great to be a part of Genesis Ringwood.

I have been at this gym for some years now. I have not only improved my fitness but made some great friends. The coaching zone program is excellent and all the staff are friendly. I recently had a credit card issue and Mark the manager sorted it for me immediately. I highly recommend you give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Easy parking, easy access and always a friendly face. The recent renovations make this place even better. I certainly recommend to go down, say hello and get into enjoyable fitness with like minded people and great classes.

Love the fact that im drawn to go here because the training set up is great! Coaching Zone with heart rate monitors leaves you feeling so satisfied knowing that you're working at your individual capacity. Atmosphere is great, the adjustments they act on to suit the members requests. Very proactive. Love going here! Recommend it to anyone! - Gets addictive haha!

Stay with Genesis Ringwood for more than two years.very helpful staffs, and equipments are updating at the moment, good time to join.

I love the pool especially the spa but for me i was very impressed with the staff and the facilities available its a great gym and definitely worth checking out.

If you are nervous about being locked in to a contract its worth trying a trial and asking as many questions as you can as they have super polite staff who are always happy to welcome you and answer any questions you have.

It's a great reason to try gym ss if you don't tryit you will never know and might miss out on a great experience and way of achieving your goals with support all around you and make friends.

Bonus have fun at dance class to then relax in the spa too.

Excellent group training program - "Coaching Zone". Knowledgeable and friendly trainers, good variety in classes, friendly patrons, great variety of equipment and clean facilities. Offers nutrition guidance and goal orientated support. I have been really pleased with my fitness results while participating in the coaching zone program. The creche is outstanding! The kids really enjoy the social opportunity and the activities on offer, not to mention the lovely staff. Convenient location, easy parking. Best gym I've ever been to. I'm a very happy customer.

I've never really written a negative review on anything but I think feedback is important for any business to grow. Firstly let me qualify by this by saying I initially signed up as I dealt with a lovely fella called Ian during a tour and the signup process (but he left soon after). The gym itself is also a nice big space, with plenty of equipment and a decent atmosphere to train in.

However soon after I joined and would come for sessions, I'd notice the club manager (Mark I believe) would be around the desk or floating about the club. At the end of a session on my way out I'd turn around to acknowledge him.nothing. Next time I'd come in he'd be at the front desk and I'd say g'day as I scanned in.nothing back. This happened at least 3-4 times from memory and I was a bit confused about what was going on. I've been a member of countless gyms now through living in different states etc, and hands down the one thing you expect from the club manager is to at least acknowledge the paying members, give a smile or a quick hello. Not to stop and have a 10 min chat with each and every member coz obviously that's a bit silly, but some friendly engagement wouldn't go astray.

Thinking this may have just been my own personal experience, I spoke to a few clients of mine who are also members at Genesis Ringwood, and they also said they experience the same thing. So where there's smoke there's fire. I've since joined and new gym and, lo and behold, the club manager was extremely friendly, welcoming and is always good for a quick g'day as you enter or leave the gym. I think as the manager at any business, that's the least you can do for your paying customers.

I hope the manager can address this issue because aside from this the gym has a good feel to it.

My sister and I recently rejoined Genesis Ringwood after a break between contracts. We were a little wary in signing another contract aft issues ending the old one (this particular staff member is no longer there) but club manager Mark completely put our minds at ease. He corresponded before our appointment and personally assisted in signing us up again and gave us a great deal. Mark has been nothing but fully supportive and approachable in our time at Genesis. Dont think I've met a more caring, genuine and supportive yet fully professional club manager in all the years we've been going to gyms.
We are also highly impressed with our membership consultant the lovely Deanna. She listened to our needs and addressed all questions and was never pushy and made us feel so comfortable.
There's always a friendly face at reception and lots of equipment and even in peak times you still don't struggle to find equipment available.
Highly recommend Genesis

Good facilities. Great members. Difficult admin and a lot of mis guidance from staff when suspending and cancelling a membership.

This gym provides everything you need and the staff are nice and helpful. I have not had to wait to access machines or weights. It is in a good location with plenty of parking. 24 hrs access. Can’t get better for the price.

Came down last Saturday to cancel my membership but was greated by the receptionist, Jessica i think, who completely reminded me why i picked this gym in the first place, she was completely understanding of how i was feeling and even sat down and highlighted some group classes to help motivated that were already part of my membership, honestly five star service from the guys down there, normally not one to write a review but couldn't help myself.

Great club and I love the coaching zone which has helped me lose 3kg and improve my fitness dramatically. Has a really good community feeling and a fantastic creche!

I felt as though when I went in the staff didn't genuinely care for my health and fitness needs more so they just wanted to lock me into a 12 month contact and take my money.

Genesis is hands down the best gym in the area by far! Great facilities also with a spa, pool and sauna! You can't beat that!
