I do like this place unless you have to try and phone through and speak to someone. It's impossible. You are number 1 on the waiting list and then it hangs up. I've emailed and Facebook message to see if I can change my booking or cancel it. But doesn't seem that can happen as you can get hold of anyone.
Do something about answering the phone.

Great place for the kids, not so much for dinner as the food needs improvement badly. Eat at home before you come, only good entertainment for the kids that's all

I would have given 10/10, if it wasn’t for these reasons. We had a 6 year old party booked from 12-2pm. We were advised by staff to arrive 15 minutes prior so we can setup for 12 o’clock start.

At 12: 03 we were already being pushed to start our games because they have booked too many birthday parties and we would be cut off from playing as we would go into other booked times.

At 12: 03 we only had 4 other kids show up, and we were being pushed to start bowling even we were missing more than 10 kids.

By 12: 30 everyone arrived but the games were more than half way through.

We paid $35 per child for 15 kids, plus food and drinks for adults, this cost up more than $1000, which would have been fine if we were not treated like a number on a conveyor belt.

Then we moved into the arcade games, my son won 2000 tickets, but was not allowed to claim any of it, besides 100 that was already included on card. Because of some timed session, the way it was explained to me at the time, we had to start our Arcade games by 1: 30 and finish by 2pm, because we were there until 14: 20 all those tickets were not valid anymore.

There were no staff available at the time to take us through any of these, no staff available to help the kids out with any games or to explain anything to anyone.

The staff were very unprofessional, I’m so disappointed that we were treated like this, even we spent so much money for a event that lasted 2.5 hours.

Stop booking parties so close to each other, you need to give people time. Not like a robot, a quick turnover and out the door.

Very fun place with pretty well-priced food that’s quite tasty. Fun arcade games and two choc tops for $10!

The only thing that doesn’t grant this place 5 stars is the fact that the staff don’t hide the fact that they hate their job. Lots of eye rolling and sighing in the back, and no customer service skills whatsoever. No friendliness or even at least a fake smile from a single one

Good venue with Iots to keep the kids entertained however the video games section/setup is disappointing, with a focus on ticket redemption machines (which can be considered a child version of the pokies). Perhaps I'm too nostalgic with my own childhood experiences of old school arcades. Apart from that, I would recommend the venue for a visit.

Great place for families and Birthday Parties!
Parents can host and provide decent food (not play centre food) and drinks while the kids are entertained!

Absolutely amazing place! Full of surprises! This place had an amazing atmosphere and so many activities to do at reasonable prices! The bowling area was decorated incredibly and looked like a really good activity to do with friends! There was also pool tables and a whole arcade area too! The pub area was massive and could hold large round of friends. The food was delicious and there was a huge variety of options to chose from to meet a variety of dietary requirements. The spicy veg pizza was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. The generous amount of vegetables on the pizza with an extensive amount of cheese was delicious and a dish I would definitely get again! It was a generous size and very filling as there was a heap of toppings. The vegan burger was amazing. The patty was nice and different to the usual vegan patty’s. There wasn’t a of chips and vegetables with this dish and it was filling. Would have liked more vegan cheese or sauce to give it an extra kick of flavour. The sticking date pudding was the perfect way to finish the meal. It was rich and the ice cream cut though. It was perfectly balanced. Definitely a must try. The cocktails were nice and such nice colours! Overall it was an incredible place to go for a nice night out with a group of fruits for fun and food!

A great place to meet up with friends for a couple of drinks, a bowling session and some arcade fun! The meals can be a bit hit and miss, the menu has seemed to completely change everytime we've gone they're in the past year so it's hard to pick a favourite meal.

Been there few times. Nice place to spend time. Bowling, pool and timezone fun. Good food options as well.

Great food, good selection of tap beer, beautiful decor, friendly service, good 10 pin bowling facilities and a solid range of arcade games. Awesome venue that can cater to all ages. Highly recommend the beef burger and buffalo wings

I attended a work function here during the week and talk about a hidden gem. This is a fantastic place to enjoy a beer, a pizza, a game of bowling and of course play some arcade, easily the best condition Daytona machine I have seen in a long time.

The decor is really cool, in particular I loved the railway crossing sign and the old street signs. Very Very cool

Long gone are the times of 'Kings' and slot in this revolutionary place called the 'General Public'. As it's name suggests, it is a place for everyone of all ages. Great atmosphere, delicious food and ample room for the kids.
Great place to take a bunch of mates for drinks or bowling, even top it up with arcade games. There is soo much variety, it's great.

For the people who don’t have kids and want to feel nostalgic of the good old days of playing arcade games and ten pin bowling, GP will provide you with what you need. The drinks and food selection fits all tastes and prices are reasonable without straining the budget.

For the families, the management team at GP will cater for all your kids birthday needs and the environment is very fun and enjoyable for the little ones as well! The service provided for the function events at this venue is exceptional and no request is too hard for this team.

I come here often for a beer after-work (pizza is actually quite good!) or in the evening to play some games. Nice and cosy place. Recommended.

Food bit expensive for what it is, particularly if your also spending money through out the venue for entertainment.
More for older kids, adults.
Been once, that's enough

Sitting enjoying lunch and was told someone had reserved that table from 5 minutes time, but they were already there so could we move to the dirty table behind us and someone would come clean it. So we moved, mid meal. The whole time we were there certain areas stayed dirty, someone clearing and cleaning dirty tables was sporadic at best.

Southern fried chicken missing seasoning so needed the sauce to save it and the beef burger was dripping with fat.

Arcade great though, and so was the decor andvibe of the place. Didn't get a chance to bowl as hadn't pre booked.

My friends booked parties last weekend and went there! Was really awesome experience with the foods and room, also really best coffee ever! And the staff was really nice and polite!

I recently went there a bucks and hens came together and party. It has a great, large area for both families and friends to get together. Has a great bar, bowling alley, vintage vehicles and bikes. Cocktails also made with pride and well priced. Will be back!
