We booked our sons birthday here for bowling and arcade games and our party host was extremely lovely. The day ran smoothly and was well organised, the food was so plentiful for 11 kids and adults and the kids had a great time with both bowling and in the arcade area. This was the first time we’d been to the venue, and I was really happy with the staff and value for money with the party. The kids were all wanting to come back again.

We had a party here on the weekend and it was insanely busy. The staff were excellent. I guess 12/13 year olds might be too old for their party package at $38 a head but we had 4 small pizzas between 11 people and it simply was not enough food.

Went there for a Christmas party. Great atmosphere and vibe. The food is pretty decent. Great place for families.

Weird club music playing while your trying to eat that doesn't fit the scene, and the qr ordering takes ages just to get a couple drinks on a quiet night. Bowling and arcade are good fun though plus the general look of the place is nice, Food is just ok.

Had lunch there today, after the family had some fun and games. Food was excellent and huge, and the whole concept of the place is really great. And thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.

Extremely annoyed at the absolute lack of consideration for the party I paid for in full and booked in advance to happen in august. The only communication I received was as if my party was still going ahead even though we were in lockdown. I have sent numerous emails and called many times leaving voicemails all for nothing. If your looking for good customer service then perhaps look at booking a different venue for your party. Very poor!

Fun place to have a bowl, drink or bite to eat.
Need to pay attention to maintaining the floors. Some carpet tiles are half lifting and present a tripping hazard.

Don't advertise you are taking walk ins if you are going to take book ins to capacity, at least let people know they have to book.

We visited General Public a few months ago and did some bowling, had lunch and played at the arcade games. Bowling was amazing, the equipment is super modern and well maintained. Everyone had a blast. Food was yummy and there were great options for the kids. Now, the reason why I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the arcade games have seen some better days. Some of the games didn't work at all and we wasted our money there, others didn't work quite well and the kids were a bit disappointed. If they looked after their arcade games a bit better, this would be a 5 star place, no questions asked.

Fantastic definitely a fun time for all ages.

Great venue for kids. We were there for a basketball presentation last night. We had great service from staff, in particular, Sam. She was so attentive and always went above and beyond for us. Keep up the great work Sam!

We had a function booked here yesterday for my daughters baptism and it was absolutely awful.

Our original booking was for 1: 45 but my husband came in the day before the function to ask Krishna if we could bring our booking forward to 1: 30, he said this was no problem.

When we came in to see Krishna about about booking 3 months ago, we spoke at length about the space we needed as our booking was for 30 people. We booked two long tables at the back, two round tables for the kids and two tall tables to display our cakes. Again, Krishna said this was no problem and would be organised.

We arrived yesterday at 1: 30 and had to wait at the front in the doorway with all the kids in the freezing cold because people were at our table still. After 5 minutes we just came through to wait near the pool tables and we were told our tables were getting cleaned for us. We were seated at 1: 45 at the two long tables at the back, half of us had to stand because the two round tables for the kids weren't there and there were no other tables free. The two tall tables we asked for also weren't there and we had to ask staff to bring them around for us. When I asked the staff why we didn't have all our seats they said that when my husband came in the day before to drop the cakes off he said we only needed the two tables at the back and rearranged everything else, this is simply untrue.

The food was nice until I went to eat a piece of chicken that had hair on it just to make things even better.

All in all, the day was an absolute shambles and really upsetting. I feel like I wasted a lot of time organising a function that would have been the exact same as if we had just walked in with no booking at all. My guests had to spend a lot of time waiting on tables to free up so we could get the table space we needed and originally asked for.

We will never set foot in this place again, and there are a lot of kids parties that will now never be had here because of the way things have been dealt with. Honestly, they were lucky we paid the tab before we left.

It did what it said on the tin. The food came fresh and in a decent time and met expectations. The menu isn't unique or inspiring. The children's portions were gracious. None of us left hungry or unsatisfied.

This place used to be my go to place for work functions but I won't be visiting again, especially not with kids. Took my 5 yr old there today, 23rd of May, we sat at the grass area next to the bar, later played at the arcade. After we got home I noticed he was scratching himself quite a bit, I then had a look he had developed bad rashes on his entire back and both arms and legs. Tried to call them and inquire about their cleaning guidelines as kids generally have lower immune system than adults and good hygiene is crucial, if it happened to one, it can potentially harm more. Anyway I was on hold the entire time, no one ever picked up. Please clean your place properly especially during this covid time.

Thanks for the response. He's currently being treated with medication by the GP. We are monitoring his well-being, will update again.

Good place for games and to have good times with friend but customer service was not good (gaming area). Its like she didnt want to be there and not interested in explaining how the card system worked or anything. From other people conversation it seems like they felt the same. Just an FYI if you are going for the 1st time and buy a game card your winning credits gets scan to your game card automatically.

Really nice but definitely recommend. Love the design and how bright the place actually is. Its not depressing at all.

I highly recommend! Absolutely fantastic venue, amazing service and YUUUMMMY food. Staff are lovely, efficient and extremely polite and helpful with all of there customers needs. The perfect place to book in for a party or just a nice night out with the family. Must check it out, will definitely be going back!

The arcade system at this place is really bad and their tickets and money system is even worse. They even managed to scam me and take 10 dollars from me and also take 500 tickets. I hate this place and i wouldn't recommend you to go here if you want to use their arcade

Otherwise bowling and food were pretty good.

Amazingly quick service and delicious food! The staff are friendly and really enjoy their work:)
