As my phone was not performing well I needed advice from Geelong Tech Group
The phone needed to be left overnight to detect the problem and the service from the team was excellent

I brought my “dead” iPad in this afternoon, and even after all my Googling attempts to turn it on, I needed the professionals. They turned it on within seconds (of course, my jaw to the floor at such a simple fix). The man was so lovely in checking the data to see if it was a major crash and then I was on my way in minutes. I wasn’t charged for something that they easily could have made out to be a big deal without me knowing, instead he taught me what to do if ever it happened again. 100% will be recommending Geelong Technology Group to anyone I know who needs tech support. Thank you so much!

Unbelievable, I took in my old time capsule, a Mac mini, a 10 year old laptop and an iPhone, in under 5 days they had everything restored and on the latest OS. None compare to these guys, absolute pros! And I should know

This is the worst service center i ever visited in my life.
The personal working there are Rude and completly unprofessional.
They dont know how to talk to customers - Absolutely rude and useless.

I took my phone after taking appointment and they said they cannot entertain because of COVID Restriction. Very Arrogant and unprofessional.

Apple should consider twice before continuing business with such unprofessional personals who dont have manners to talk to customers.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life
I had an appointment to get my company phone fixed when I went there they denied it to look at it because of covid regulations and when I called apple customer care they said that if appointment had been confirmed they are supposed to check it. Apple customer care team called them so geelong technology group told them a different story that we don’t have technician and aren’t taking any further appointments whereas they didn’t even bother me to ask my problem and denied to serve me. I wasted an hour there while talking to apple support team as the geelong teach only group representative was telling different story
Very bad service from them as they first lied to me then apple support I don’t know which side of story is true but the guy over there simply denied without any hesitation

After working for the boys here at Geelong technology, I know how much care they take in everything they do.
I can not express in words how friendly the staff are, Always going above and beyond.
I highly recommend Geelong Technology as its my number one Apple and Windows repair shop and should be yours too!

A really friendly and calm place to both buy and have repairs done. They are ever so helpful, give really solid advice and the repairs are fast and well done. I felt very well treated and saw the same level of care given other customers in the shop. I couldn't recommend them more highly

Don’t bother taking your iPhone here if it’s still under warranty. Took mine in because they are an “authorised repairer” as my iPhone XS Max appeared moisture damaged and Face ID would not work. This is a common problem - I explained this to the staff. I received a call later that day to be told that it needs over $800 worth of repairs. But it’s under warranty? I picked it up, drove to apple and they replaced it on the spot. A waste of $40 for Geelong Technology Group to look at it, and the potential $800 if I was naive.

Built my first computer through these guys they have been absolutely great with helping me choose the right parts and the communication has been really good. Would 100 per cent recommend these guys.
