John is by far the best part of coming to Cellar Door. A friendly face that makes you feel comfortable and welcome every time.
Classy establishment. Fabulous local and diverse wine list, quality shared plates, and immaculate professional yet casual service, in a beautifully designed low-key comfortable classic/modern space that suits 1 plus 1 or a small-medium group. I'll be back next time I'm in Geelong.
One of Geelongs better wine stores. Great place to pop in for a drink. Lovely meat and cheese platters too. And great open fire in winter

Great spot and was absolutely packed the night we came by! The wine selection and cheeses were local and amazing. Just be aware that bookings aren't accepted, go as early as possible.
Friendly, warm, great decor and local wines by the glass, local beers too, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices take-away, try the Bannockburn 2015 Shiraz by the glass- magnificent!

Quite possibly the best watering hole in Geelong. A great selection of wines an some amazing local beers with the most generous cheese platter ever received! With some cheese from stelvio and other European places we've visited makes this a truly great spot for a time out and relax.
