Freddies Coffee reviews
80Excellent meal, nicely cooked. Best chips! Very friendly service. Beautiful ambience. Well done.
We’ve visited Freddies Kitchen on couple of occasions and both of them are great experiences. Nice coffee, lovely breakfast and friendly service. One of the best venues around Bon Beach and Carrum. Will definitely be back
Wouldn't recommend Freddies Kitchen, menu pretty ordinary not much to pick from. Very expensive and service was shocking. Also my wife ordered All Saints Sparkling wine when it was delivered it was flat, when my wife told them they argued with her, saying it was fine. Finally a male waiter returned with a new bottle of sparkling wine and gave her new glass of sparkling wine. Also they won't split bills plus female waiter's were shocking and rude. Don't go to this Cafe please.
As l travel all around Melbourne most days of the week, Freddie would be one of the most consistent coffee makers
Post covid. Sitting down outside to have a very good mocha, a chat with a stranger eager to talk. Terrific chicken burger and chips with 2 dipping sauces provided. Water for my groodle. Great to be back. New serving staff?
Great coffee, good selection of food and snacks, and very friendly service! A decent location with plenty of parking nearby too. Offering takeaway during COVID-times.
They take more interest in providing a faster service, towards Uber eats orders then providing a priority service towards walk in customers, for the waiting time on takeaway is ridiculously between 30-35mins.
Freddies Kitchen have great coffee, lovely food and friendly staff. Gluten free diet is also well catered for.
Recommend for breakfast, lunch, tea or quick coffee break.
The staff it's simply lovely, very caring, magnificent customer service. Food is amazing maybe needs to have more vegan options but otherwise live it all.
Recommended it
Don't know how this has such a high rating on ubereats. No tracking available. Couldn't reach stores number, kept forwarding. Already a bad sign before food arrived in an hour.
Pasta tastes literally like it's come straight out of boiled water, with only a tiny bit of sauce at the bottom of container. Some pasta stuck together.prawns chewy and overcooked. Easily one of my worst food delivery experiences.
Freddies Kitchen is an awesome cafe/restaurant that the area just wouldn't be the same without. I get my morning coffee here often and when I have time - the occasional breakfast or home delivered pizza for dinner. After I had my pancakes and fresh orange juice this morning, I thought I really should do a review. The place has been there for a long time, but the menu and decor are fresh, funky and cool. Staff are awesome, as is the owner - who will always welcome you with a smile. I don't do a lot of reviews, so hopefully the ones I do will carry more weight.as will I after that big stack of pancakes:)
Quality and portions of the food are great! Very friendly and cosy atmosphere. It was incredibly busy on a Sunday morning. Originally ordered the cured salmon but that was unavailable; the pork belly benedict was a very worthy substitute though.
Service is a little lacking though, so a point deducted for that. Coffee order was slightly incorrect (delicious though), and servers weren’t sure what some of the cakes on display were.
Our group is a regular fixture at Freddies.most Saturday mornings out on the 'Bay' we round it off with a breakfast/lunch at your's truly. He serves a sumptuous hot chocolate.the food is fresh and catered to our needs.which is varied. The staff are great, and a good vibration humms throughout.a real little 'hub' of the community.
I ate at Freddie's Kitchen on the 26th of May 2021 with a group. Staff were friendly & attentive. The food was fabulous. I chose the Smashed Avocado with poached eggs. Amazed at the variety of additions.beetroot humus, cherry tomatoes, feta.made extra tasty with pomegranate, asparagus, mint & radish.haven't radish in many years!
Will definitely recommend this venue to my friends & dine there again. Great place!
Always consistent food quality, a great place to go and relax after a long day. Very popular. Beer could be a little colder for my liking.
Loved the place, it's so cosy & pleasant to be in. Their coffee is amazing & so are their different pastry items. We also tried dinner and the steak was cooked to perfection & tasted super delicious.
I've eaten there as dine in or as home delivery through menu log and the food was 10 out of 10 each time. Served hot, fresh and flavorsome. He's my go to, for a home cooked meal when in need. His passion to run a great local restaurant is evident through his food and service. I would recommend anyone coming down the Nepean to stop for a meal.
We love Freddie's! Great restaurant with affordable drinks, quality food with good portion sizes, and a comfortable atmosphere. Thanks for being our local go-to restaurant!
First time visiting Freddie’s and was super impressed with my coffee - the hunky barista in the beanie today was an absolute bonus! Will definitely be back again soon
Got 2 large cappucinos for $11, they were only alright, but I do judge my coffee quite harshly.
