Frank's Ristorante

I came to this restaurant by accident looking for lunch for three. A pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during my stay. The food was delicious; sea food share platter for two, pasta marinara, gelato, wine, lemon lime and bitters, and coffee. All excellent value for price.

I was impressed with the waitress and chef attention and patience when dealing with my sons allergies.

I look forward to returning.

Horrible service, visited Frank's resturant last week we waited over an hour for the main, waitresses were rude

Atrocious customer service- staff never wanted to check in on us during our visit (eg drinks were empty for a long period before we had to ask for more), they avoided eye contact at all costs and we basically had to yell to get their attention.
They never bothered to come back with an answer a question about a dietary requirement, they forgot a main meal, didn't serve steak with a steak knife, forgot to add ice cream to a dessert as per the menu, charged us for a dessert we front have, didn't serve spoons with dessert etc etc. Upon paying, cashier didn't even check what we ordered prior to us paying (We had to ask for receipt and found their mistake), didn't apologise for the lack of service when identified. Seemed genuinely disinterested and as if she didn't want to be there.
Food was very bland and nothing special.
Would never eat there again or recommend it to anyone.

Been a regular at Frank's for over 10 years and what a transformation. It now looks stylish and no longer the shabby "food joint" is used to be. The new owners have made it into a beautifully run restaurant with fantastic service and delicious food.

Food is amazing. Service is average but honestly the food makes up for it. Recommend the gnocci carbonara or the rib eye.

Booked this restaurant through recommendation for my business end of year function. It was the freshest and most tastiest seafood i have had in years. I took some clients with us and they were so impressed and said they would be back with their families.

Amazing place as myself and my husband we where here last night for our wedding reception we loved it the staff and Caterina were beautiful people and the food enjoyed it really cheap and friendly from Mitchell and Shaun

We went here as a small group of five on Sunday 19 August for lunch and it was wonderful. The food was amazing. So fresh and delicious. Our waiter was so nice and looked after us very well. Love it and will be back soon.

Attended my son in law 40th birthday. Upstairs. Some of the staff were vague couldn't understand to leave the teabag outside the cup or pot. After 3 attempts I gave up. The calamari was the best I've ever eaten.delicious.all the food was really nice.

Freshest seafood restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. Absolutely amazing calamari entree and linguini marinara. Love this place for its service and fresh food. Highly recommend this place.

Don’t normally write reviews but I had to this time. Frank's Ristorante held a function for my family and it went perfectly. I would just liked to thank the team at Frank's Ristorante for all their hard effort and customer service. I will be back soon with my more functions.

Excellent food and impeccable service. The portions are generous and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great and the Dean Martin music topped off a fantastic night. One word.brilliant!

Made a last minute booking and the best decision my partner and I have made especially for a Saturday night! So lucky to have got in as it was full downstairs and a function happening upstairs. Best food, service and price. Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door and taken to the table. Service was amazing and the waiters were so polite. The ambiance was spot on. Would highly recommend and will definately go again. If you've been there before or not, its a got to go to place!

Delicious main courses, particularly the seafood! I was amazed really. The deserts did need some work (the bottom half of the creme brule was very cold and the sorbet added nothing, and the sticky date pudding was good but not on par with the mains). The service could improve, unfortunately. Again, it was not bad but wasn't great: we were the only people in the restaurant but weren't allowed to sit by the window bc it was set up for dinner.it was about 2.30pm. And during the meal we were looking for some help but there was nobody insight until we were nearly done. Remember, we were tge only ones in the restaurant (2 adults and a child). Otherwise, it really was a lovely lunch worth the reasonable amount of money spent.

The food is amazing! Good prices and the staff are wonderful! Highly recommend this restaurant. Anyone that has been here will agree.

Food is really good, no doubt about that, think a long these price lines, seafood platter for two, don't look for too much change out of $200. Or around there
