My wife and I come to Frank's once a month every month, it takes us an hour each way but the food and service is worth every minute, Catalina and her staff have always given fantastic service and we have always been looked after like VIP's, the meals have always been outstanding we have never been disappointed going to Frank's, we look forward to going every time, we would highly recommend Frank's to anyone

Staff made you feel like you were having dinner at home. Friendly atmosphere, the food was delicious.

The seafood platter is big enough for two, it was delicious as well. It would be better if they find a way to keep food warm until the end, to enjoy the very last bit. Friendly staff

Staff were friendly, however the food was unfortunately not great. My friend requested a medium-rare steak, and it came back well-done and dry. The pasta (a few of us got different pastas) lacked flavour and the veggie lasagna was essentially cheese and overcooked sheets of pasta. There were no utensils to break apart the crab. Despite this, the seafood was quite fresh, and the meals were big. The vibe was nice, and we definitely felt welcomed so props to the waiters/hosts:)

Combining beautiful and generous authentic Italian food with stunning service from the Frank's team, my son's 20th birthday was such a memorable evening. We had 22 people who were attended to by the staff with care and genuine hospitality. It was simply a joy. Kudos to Frank's in making my son's evening such a hit. We will be back very soon!

Really, really disappointed. Came with a group of 10 and spent $900 in total. Steak was terrible and fatty costing $40. The rest of the meals were below average. Service was extremely poor and waiters were not interested. There was a party upstairs and I guess they were more interested with them. Have been here before with a group and it was good. Will not be returning.

An error was made with the food, and then was not cooked to our standards (very average food) - when management was confronted with this issue they made us feel invalidated and did simply did not care.
Poor attitude from staff.

Absolutely lovely atmosphere and personalised service. Food was incredible from entree right through to dessert!

Highly recommend the sticky date pudding and the calamari can be snacked on for days!

Below average pizza where the base was way too chewy and all the pizzas taste the same: tomato sauce. Dominos would’ve made better pizzas for much less of a price.

Sorry I generally will not give such a low rating as I don't want businesses to be affected at this hard time. We havnt been here for a few years we use to love it but were bitterly disappointed. Had the seafood platter it was very ordinary below average. No covid safe practices glassware and crokery dirty. I'm hoping it was just a blip and others don't have the same experience Francs is an institution and needs to keep going. Maybe a bit more attention to detail guys good luck for the future. I'm sorry it's not a glowing review I am just one though and others may not agree.

We had the seafood platter last night it was abselutelly sensational one of the last places they still serve prober fresh seafood well done!

Table of 4, so I didn't make a scene, did tell the waiter but he just srugged it off. I ordered lamb strap salad (impossible to stuff up) end up getting a bowl of cold slow cooked lamb shoulder thrown on some mixed green salad, fatty and unedable. Never again, had to stop by maccas on the way home for a feed.

First time visiting this fine establishment. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. Ordered the 500gram Rib Eye and it was cooked perfectly to my liking. The flavours were amazing! Our waiter who's name is Rocco, was absolutely fantastic. Always running around and making sure that everything was sorted. I dare say that this young man is a valued employee. Awesome job Rocco (perhaps you need to ask for a pay rise.lol) All in all, we had a great experience at Franks Ristorante and will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Asked for Anchovies for my pizza, and they didn't have any!
What Italian restaurant doesn't have anchovies?

Got a take away pasta. Creamy, garlicy, it really hit the spot and it’s enough for dinner tomorrow too!

Shocking service consecrated on birthday party upstairs it use to be good they served the fish platter with so called fresh prawns up against cooked and hot food I coplained and was told they will talk to the COOK not chef and where asked to keep our used cutlery lol

This place was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful and the cuisine was amazing. The Tori Tori chicken was well spiced and so juicy, and the porterhouse (which I ordered medium done) came perfectly cooked with a fantastic pepper sauce. Thank you so much

Place was wonderful. I ordered the 300g steak which was beautifully decorated and tasted really juicy. The desert (Sticky date pudding) was served warm with lots of taste. Would definetely revisit.

Catering and Joshkun couldn't do enough to accommodate my family and look after mum. A sincere thank you for yr hospitality.
