Caterina’s warmth, care & attention to detail…another 5 stars! Josh’s patience with every request of ours was never compromised, nothing was too much to ask! Our celebration was seamless because of you & all your team! We can’t thank you enough…we will be back 100%!

We had a family 21st Birthday a few weeks ago and the food was excellent, the pizzas were absolutely to perfection nice and thin. The waiters and Waitresses were impeccable always going out of there way to make sure everything went all smooth. I will be coming back for sure

Came here with my family a few days ago. Atmosphere was nice with old school Italian music playing, felt very home like. Ordered a steak and a few pastas. Steak was cooked beautifully and the pastas very nice, nice thick Napoli sauce and fresh seafood. Will definitely come again.

Dropped into Frank's was surprised at what a lovely formal Italian restaurant this is, a real gem! Impeccable service by staff and the atmosphere was warm, with dimmed lights and Italian music playing in the background, making for a romantic evening. I've never had calamari so soft and the rib eye was incredible.

We have eaten seafood at Frank's on two occasions now, what a great experience. The calamari and garlic prawns are to die for, super fresh and tasty. Seafood plater is of large quantity and you won't leave feeling hungry. Lobster was superbly presented and tasted as amazing as it looked. The dipping sauce had me licking my fingers. Kids loved the pizza. Staff have been polite and friendly even when the restaurant was at its busiest period. Thanks again we will be returning.

Mother’s Day lunch was absolutely amazing, a magnificent seafood Platter exceptionally presented, absolutely fresh seafood. The staff were very attentive and it was service with a smile. Thank you to Caterina and Joskun for making my Mother’s day with my family a wonderful experience. We will be back very soon.

I had the absolute pleasure of having my 40th birthday in the function room upstairs. From the very beginning when I first enquired, Jack and Katerina were extremely helpful with talking me through the many options that were available. Katerina made me feel so at ease and was extremely helpful because she really listened and understood what I wanted and tailored to my requests without judgement. I had guests ranging from 3 through to 83 years old and I was extremely happy to see the big smiles on thier faces. They were very impressed with the set up and presentation of the venue. Everyone especially enjoyed the AMAZING menu. We had a cocktail style party and by no means did anyone complain that they were hungry. In fact everyone was surprised by the abundance of food that kept rolling out. The staff working behind the bar were so friendly and really gelled with the guests. The success of a party is measured by the feedback of the guests the following day. I had many messages thanking me for such a great night and I want to thank all the staff at Frank's Ristorante for such a memorable and fun night. I highly recommend this venue for functions as well as dining in because the quality of food is incredible and the staff are very friendly. THANK YOU

Frank's ristorante is a Niddrie icon. Been there for mire years than I care to remember. Food was excellent, but ate entre, which made us too full for the main course. Only problem was, the waitress brought our wine glasses with her fingers in the glass! Not quite right!

I hate leaving bad reviews however today's lunch was disgraceful. The food was clearly 100% frozen and reheated and it felt like I was in an episode of Gordon Ramsay's kitchen nightmares. That thought of what was going on behind the closed doors was the worst feeling of them all. Quite sad actually as me and my wife would go here all time. Not only was the food bad but so was the amenities, the menus and even the high chair that was provided by the resturant. It was all sub standard. It was my bday lunch as well and all I wanted to do was leave. Really sad to have to post this but I hope you reflect on this and make the changes required to bring this place back to its former glory.

We had a large group for dinner.
Positives: meals & drinks brought out quickly. My meal, pizza was very good. Meals all came out together.
Negative: Wasn't a lot of follow up from wait staff. I finished my drink after 30 mins and didn't get an offer for another and no water on table. Partner did not like ribs which were dry.
Would maybe give another go but not soon.

We went last night to celebrate my husband's birthday. The service was great and definitely recommend the Moreton Bay Bugs Will be back

Last night my family and I decided to go to this restaurant where I was approached and spoken to so rudely by a elderly women who worked there. I ordered a simple cocktail and didn’t taste anything like that it, I asked the ladies if I could please order another. When going to pay for the remaining of my meal I was charged for the cocktail I didn’t even consume and brought back. When asking why I was charged? She responded with “ why wouldn’t I charge you I can’t now serve this to someone else “ and then told me to “fucking relax “ because I refused to pay for something I didn’t drink and returned. 1- she shouldn’t re serve something that has been brought back as a complaint especially at a time like this during COVID! And 2 The customer service was absolutely disgusting. No one should be working behind counters and speaking to customers like this.
Due to the approach of this women I will never step foot. Absolutely shocking.

People are very rude. We went in not knowing that the restaurant was closed, we should have known that if the door is open the restaurant would be closed. Anyways they said it’s closed very rudely and the lady walked right behind me trying to push me out without touching me and shut the door hard.

Excellent food, beautiful ambiance, great service! The seafood platter was definitely worth it!

The food was ok. I had the ribs which were good, but some of the other meals, such as the salmon and the barramundi looked quite ordinary. The restaurant looked meh.
The waitress with the long straight blonde hair that worked on Xmas day scowled the entire time and obviously didn't want to be there.
The service was incredibly slow.
I won't be back.

Been to Franks over the years and was always happy with the food.
Today it was truly bad. First bad sign was the restaurant was empty with
only another couple. Being Sunday lunch a week after lockdown ending was concerning. A simple dish of garlic prawns took way to long given there were no customers and when they finally arrived. Horrible.creamy garlic sauce was a napoli sauce. Waiter kindly returned the meals however when the second round FINALLY arrived it was just as awful.
Maybe try using fresh garlic rather the the garlic in the jar! To top things off the waitress forgot to put on a skirt and we had to endure looking at her underwear the whole time. Never again.

Food is very similar to pub meal. Service is much better in mcdonalds. Only the senior Lady at front was kind and anticipated what was needed at end of meal. The young waiters was waiting to finish work and go home. Felt like she had some trauma in her life no smile or any welcoming attitude.
Please dont have any high expectations if you visit this place. There is kebab place on other side of street that looks much better

Disappointing seafood dish seemed to have tomato crush as served on parmigana or pizza. Seafood not fresh or sumptuous. Mojito made with lime cordial. Not a good experience at all.
