Food are ok, my steak was cooked very good. Service is family business feeling, everyone is busy running around but you will get what you ask for.

Pretty new to get here though heard a lot about it. Went with a group of friends that are regular and we had the private room out the back. Quite typical belgian french cuisine. The standard is the rib eye which was absolutely amazing with good belgium frittes. The pate and cold meats we started with were amazing. Great wine in selection too. Staff were fantastic. Probably the best place in the junction

I was the first customer to arrive at 5pm Saturday dinner session. The waiter just pointed at our table instead of leading way to it. And what shocking me the most? He went out chatting with someone while leaving myself in the restaurant for 6-8 minutes without pouring me water or any drink list.

Very partial to the classic French steak & chips - & it was good! The wine selection, service & desserts didn't disappoint, but nothing exceptional. I will go back!

This place seems popular with older clientele. Food is pretty good. Service is reasonably prompt and ok though could be a lot better if the staff were friendlier.

Very pleasant. The lunch menu very affordable. The snapper was excellent. But wine a bit pricy. Good service and quiet atmosphere. I would recommend.

We had a birthday dinner party with around 12 friends and had the most fantastic and attentive service, coupled with delicious food and wine. We loved the goats cheese salad, and the little trio of deserts was sublime. The private dining room is so wonderful for a special occasion -beautiful decor, privacy and comfortable seating. The perfect venue for my birthday dinner, thank you Freddie and Ange.

The high ratings for Franco-Belge are well deserved. Service was great and very quick, with the owners attending to many of the guests themselves. The entree consisted of snails, cooked perfectly in lashings of olive oil and garlic, which could then be soaked up by ample amounts of bread. For mains we had the duck breast and rib eye, and both were exceptional, particularly the steak, which was honestly the best I've ever had (especially when doused in the superb pepper sauce). For dessert, the creme brulee was a great finish, and by the end, we were well and truly full. It's great to have such a fine restaurant so close by, and I recommend it to anyone looking for delicious French/Belgian fare.

We had dinner here on a Sunday for our anniversary and the food was great but not the service
there were only 2 guys serving who I think were the owners and they weren't very friendly.: (considering we spent 350 dollars for our meal
I think they just wanted to go home or something because they hurried our meal along.not sure if I would go again here as I would rather go somewhere where the service is good as the food. Shame really, if they carry on, they will lose customers like us the evening wasn't enjoyable at all
but compliments to the chef for a great steak and frites

I was rather disappointed with the customer care given by someone who I presume has managerial/owner status in the restaurant. I was there for for lunch today and was sitting at a table where I got the full glare of the sun as reflected by cars parked outside the restaurant. When I first notified the waiter of this issue, he was very helpful in running outside and trying to lower the external blind - only to find that it was already lowered to the max. He reported back on that and I suggested that perhaps a piece of paper could be taped to one approximately 600mm square panel of the window - a panel that was on the lower left corner and should not have affected any other customer. The waiter had to ask permission from the lady manager/owner (?) and was given a short no for an answer. I could not believe that no explanation was offered as to why that could not be done, nor did she offer to move us to another table.
I consider that pure uncaring arrogance. Little wonder that there were only about 4 tables (including our party) of guests during the time I was there. I will not be going there a second time. For the quality of food and the price they charge, I can find a plenty other restaurants with far friendlier service.

A very authentic and lovely French/Belgian brasserie. My family is Belgian and always want to go here when they’re feeling homesick.
Warm, familiar service. Great food and wine a beer selection too.
The food can come quickly which was good for us, but if you want to linger you may want to request a little extra time between courses to enjoy a drink or a chat.
Highly recommended.
