Arrived for lunch and the service, food and coffee was simply outstanding. This is the place to be. Nothing better in the area.

Seems like I’m not the only one that received pretty pathetic service from those male baristas, judging by the the reviews. When I walked in they gave each other “the look” and smirked. I mean you’d think they’d work at being more discreet if they must be this rude but man, these people couldn’t help themselves. I honestly don’t know why I didn’t just walk straight out (probably because the first time I was here it was actually decent & wasn’t treated like a joke.) it’s obvious to these individuals you don’t belong there unless you look a certain way (think Instagram influencer)
Even if the food is somewhat decent it’s incredibly overpriced & if you’re not even going to be treated like a human being what’s the point?

Such a delicious meal with amazing service. Everyone was so lovely and i loved all the plants. Went in and had our food within seconds, so many options to choose from as well, and it was very tasty. Also quite affordable!

Great cafe for a Sunday weekend ‘Health Kick’. The ‘Nourish Bowl’ I can highly recommend with the Cauliflower Falafels & coconut tzatziki. The only recommendation is that a ‘sauce’ with a bit of a ‘kick’ would have made this dish 5/5. Even a hint of Lemon juice would have topped this off & helped with the bland brown rice & quinoa. Otherwise, a very good fresh selection. Topped off with a Bonsoy Chai- 5/5 for stocking ‘Bonsoy’ brand. Lovely cafe with great choices & dog biscuits available for your pooches. Just watch out for the ‘Weekend Surcharges’- on both the good & the Chai drink, which I would have expected staff to remind any customer before ordering, which was not the case when I went to pay.

I recently visited Fourth Chapter Cafe for breakfast and had the avocado smash with poached eggs and sourdough toast. The avocado was perfectly ripe and creamy, and the poached eggs were cooked just right. The sourdough toast was also delicious, and the whole dish was very satisfying.

I also tried the cauliflower fritters with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. The cauliflower fritters were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy. This was another delicious dish that I would definitely recommend. Chilli Scrambled eggs were also first class - with good heat.

Overall, I had a great experience at Fourth Chapter Cafe. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great breakfast, brunch, or lunch in Prahran.

The Fried Chicken Boas & chilli scramble eggs were both incredibly tasty. The service was good and the cafe is a hidden gem in Windsor. Beautiful cafe and worth a visit. The coffee was amazing.

Had such a great breakfast here. We tried the pumpkin salad, big brekky and the chilli scrambled eggs. Everything exceeded expectations. The smoothie we had was also delicious. Service was on point. The courtyard was really pretty. We will return and we highly recommend

Extremely disappointing lunch experience. Waited 15+ minutes to get a waiter to come and get our order. We ordered 2x nourishing bowls and 1x pumpkin salad and the bowls got to the table with no falafel (main ingredient), and missing other ingredients. The Pumpkin salad only had kale and pumpkin and was missing other 3 ingredients. Once we pointed this out to the waiter he didn’t apologise for the mistake, said that they had run out of falafel and went to get the rest of the ingredients only to forget 2 ingredients again. Never once they apologised for their mistakes and the salads were so bland we left them there. Worst experience ever, will never be coming back.

Quaint Cafe on High St. Perfect spot for Breakfast or a coffee. Courtyard out back. I had cake, but the eggs I saw go past were awesome!

Had to kill time while waiting for tyre change at Bob Jane Tmart Prahran. Took dog for walk down to Victoria Gardens & noticed Fourth Chapter next door.

All the locals walking in park raved about Fourth Chapter, so we went.

They were absolutely right - friendly team, lovely feel cafe & incredible coffee. Will definitely be back to explore menu.

Very nice experience at Fourth Chapter! I had the vegetarian tacos (which is vegan) and it was delicious! The staff is very friendly as well

The staff here were so friendly and caring to us, the inside decorating fitted the aesthetic of the calm and warm cafe. I will definitely be coming back here for the food and friendly staff!

Twice we have been, and twice we have been let down. The food is simply bland. Some dish ingredients don't go well together. Just a simple healthy salad has a mixture of things that do not work. The staff is nice, the place is nice, though the back outdoor space smelled weird, probably from all the rain. There are plenty of cafes around so find another one until they improve their food.

Excellent meal portions we found ordering harsh browns superfluous to our requirements.
Pretty much rolled out the door and down the street.
Coffee was of a high standard, the barista has found their calling!

Crockery and cutlery dirty! Was very upsetting, especially considering hygiene should be utmost priority with covid happening. Glasses stained, finger prints present, when you drank the water from the glass it smelt like a fish bowl. Coffee plates absolutely filthy.food was alright. The spicy aoili was literally put on every dish so not alot of difference. Slaw on cauliflower tacos was a bit soft suggesting its been made for awhile as it didn't have that crisp crunch to it.

I always have a great experience here. The staff a super friendly, the food is always amazing. One of my favourites!

Really disappointed, was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We ate there for brunch and firstly it took ages to be seated even though there were plenty of free tables. One we did, they didn’t serve us for at least 20 minutes after we waved them down. They took our order and only after we had ordered they mentioned they didn’t have 4 of the top most popular menu options available. Given this, they put through the 2 orders that were available and came back 10 minutes later to take the remaining 2 orders. Soon after, the first meals came and not exaggerating, 30 minutes after we had finished eating they brought out the second batch of meals. We had asked where the meals were and the staff member rolled her eyes and avoided us completely and never came back to our table. The staff were very rude and unprofessional, I’ve never experienced this at a cafe before. Also the food, particularly the salad bowls were very plain and average after waiting so long for them to come out. Wouldn’t recommend.
