The Best! The good folks at Found Sound have a wonderful selection of guitars, amps, effects, accessories, etc at great prices, flexible terms, and provide excellent customer service. They really go above and beyond. Thanks to Lewis, Louis, Sammy & co. Sadly, when i was in shop, pretty keen to buy a guitar they had posted, on net.they were too busy on their laptops and playing on phones to even approach me.after 10 mins or so i left to spend my hard earned somewhere it was appreciated.guess there making enough money to not worry about customer service.

Friendly, but thrifty with cables, thats not how you make new customers happy, first and last modules I bought.

I came in looking for a drum machine, the shop didn't have what we were looking for so they sent me across the road to their competitor, they stated that the competitor had a different range of products and were friendly as well.

If that isnt extreme customer service, I dont know what is.
10/10,5 stars, highly recommended even if you just want to go and browse instruments, the staff are all very friendly.

What a great experience dealing with these guys @ Found Sound. I bought some vintage gear and that's always a risk but the gear was great quality, well packaged and super fast delivery. Customer service is awesome and overall end to end experience was great.

You can tell that the staff are musicians who don't mind sharing their passion for music and their experience of it. For me Found Sound was an accidental discovery. I wish I had known about it years ago. Its a perfect blend of used and much loved gear spanning decades along side the latest modular components and everything in between.

So many cool and interesting finds, I'm always stalking their website too looking for that holy grail item!
