Ive never had the pleasure of actually going to the physical store (being in sydney) but have been buying online through them for years and, without question, every purchase experience has been outstanding. Lewis and the team always go above and beyond with every order. Such a good range of stock too. Absolute legends, every time!

I cannot recommend found sound more highly. I was hesitant to buy a guitar from anywhere other than my regular store, let alone have one delivered, but my guitar arrived the next day in perfect condition and already tested.

Great shop and for the most part I would give them five stars, except for the fact that they force you to create an account to see the price of shipping so that they can get your details and send you spam emails.

I bought a unique hand wired amp for a good price from these legends. Communication from the shop was quick and efficient, shipping cost was very reasonable and the amp was seriously well packed and protected. These guys are real pro's and great to deal with.

This is a fantastic store! I can't speak highly enough of the staff who are very friendly and helpful, especially Thommy and Louis. My Fender guitar was sold in a record 3 days. Lucky to have Found Sound here in Melbourne. Super friendly, incredible range of items and for all intents and purposes (I spend too much money there) pretty reasonably priced.

I have dealt with Found Sound for a number of years, either buying or selling gear. I have always found them knowledgeable and friendly. They make selling your stuff so easy. Their new store is fantastic. If you have not visited their store then you must. New gear, high quality used gear, they have the lot. All top quality. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

Easily one of if not THE most dangerous place I have ever been as it is so hard to not only pull myself away from this place, but leave with out buying a new synthesiser!

I cannot recommend this store enough! In my experience the staff have been exemplary in their helpfulness and kindness. I travelled across the country to visit Found Sound and try a synth in person before deciding to buy it. I have been buying eurorack stuff online from them for over a year now, and the one and only time they sent me the wrong thing by mistake it was quickly fixed and the staff were very kind. 10/10
