Have always been a fan of Fossil and have recently had a great customer experience with Dela, she was lovely and assisted me in finding what I wanted.

The customer service and skills of Will at this store is absolutely fantastic. I rang up to find out about a smart watch and he couldn't be more helpful. He not only helped about my issues but he took my number and called me back within 15 minutes to let me know exactly what I can do.

Great service nice and easy transaction, just needed a new band for my watch. Reasonable prices compared to the official Samsung watch band that was $30 more and looked cheaper.

Staff don't know what they're selling, especially the smart watch range. They try to tell customers their incorrect information is correct, even when advertising next to them clearly proves otherwise.

Have always liked Fossil products due to their consistently high quality and refined look, but have found this store to offer particularly good customer service. The staff have always been cheery, but my most recent positive experience was the complete replacement of a watch I had damaged (for free) rather than having to send my damaged watch away for 10 weeks to get it repaired. This was even more impressive given that this was during the chaos of Boxing Day.

Needs fo have more humble staff. The offers were highly unlikely to opt for. Nor the staff was helpful in terms of knowing our preferences so that we may try to buy better options

Friendly and helpful staff. I had issue with my fossil smartwatch and the guys there helped me send it for repair and also helped me remove the links to fit my arm once i received a replacement watch.

Bought a watch last year and it stopped working suddenly, when I enquired with the store they mentioned that I had to send it off to nsw at a cost. They couldn't do anything but just act as courier service! Didn't expect it from a fossil store. Sadly I had to send the watch as I didn't want to risk it being damaged elsewhere. However, I do hope fossil has better customer care.

The best Fossil store I've ever visited. I'd give 6 stars if I can. The service by the staff members were just fantastic. Especially Vina, she was very patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about all fossil products and its features. The option for embossing was also available for the leather wallet I purchased and the outcome of the embossing was just perfect. I would come back to this store again to make my purchase any day. Great value, good quality products coupled with super service. Highly recommend going into this store if you are after fossil products.

Went in to get battery fixed. The poor attendant had a bit of trouble on the arm strength side but all was good, battery replaced timely, and a very cheap fee: D

Very rude manager! She talks the way as if you owe her something, I went to buy a watch but her behavior made me leave the shop just wondering what was wrong with me that she was that rude with me, now by seeing the reviews i can understand she is actually of very poor manner.

Store was empty yet the two staff (An Asian lady and a tall dark blonde skinny Caucasian male) didn’t acknowledge me or my friend. They just kept chatting about customers who don’t spend any money. So I left.

Extremely unhelpful and rude staff and management. Cheap watches mainly made in china and sold at a massive premium. Refused to honour their returns policy and I will now have to go through my bank to get a chargeback on my card. There's more than enough quality watch brands out there, so I see no reason why you would shop here. Avoid.
