I've been looking for the right bag for ages and finally found what I was looking for at Fossil, Melbourne Central. Mostly thanks to Jess' marvellous assistance! She helped me find a bag that fit my strict preferences to a tee, and answered all of my many questions with such warmth. Couldn't be happier with my commuter bag, nor with my experience shopping with Fossil. Thank you again for such a lovely retail experience.

Took my Fossil watch in to see if I could get a link removed, the staff happily did it and the whole process took less than a minute. Amazing service and very friendly and helpful staff, I will definitely be shopping at Fossil again:)

I purchased a watch for my partner at the end of last year as a christmas present. Unfortunately the buckle comes loose when he moves his arms and the watch comes off his wrist. This has happened several times now when he has been dancing, and the watch ends up coming off his arm and falling to the ground.

I took the watch back to the Melb CBD store and I was told that there were 3 buckles and that it should not come loose. I explained to them that we were aware of the contraption but unfortunately it was still coming off. The store assistant continued to explain to me that there was nothing wrong with the watch and that I needed to make sure the 3 buckles were attached. I tried to explain to him that I know how it works, and there is definitely something wrong with it. He then proceeded to 'fix it' by pushing the sides of the buckle together, apparently moving a pin closer together or something. I believe this was merely an attempt to get rid of me, and nothing was done.

On the way out of the shop I also spoke to a lady who proceeded to tell me the same thing, that there are 3 buckles and its very secure and that it shouldn't come off. She said I should try it again and bring it back for repair.

Categorically, there is a fault with this buckle or it is extremely poor workmanship. It should not just spring off my partner's wrist several times.

Very poor quality product for the price and even worse customer service. I don't appreciate being dismissed, lied to, not being listened to and not being asked how the situation could be fixed.

I had a great experience at Fossil Melbourne central. Jennie was so helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Do talk to jennie if you need some good suggestions.

This is a late review. I got my hubby a wallet for his birthday from Fossil last year 2021. It was a great quality, classic leather wallet and was also reasonably priced. The staff offered to emboss initials/name free of cost (from memory) and that really elevated the look. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend Fossil Melbourne store!

I came to Fossil Melbourne Central just 10 minutes before closing time. Nick was welcoming me friendly and very helpful. Nick quickly get me the watch straps that I need and changed it in no time. Thank you for your professionalism. I left the store so happy and definetely will come back!
