Fossil Store Melbourne Central

Absolutely loved their customer service. We went to get watch for my partner. Nabil was the guy who helped us all the time and he was so patient with us with the time spent and the confusion around which would the most suitable watch. He showed us a variety of watches and paid undivided attention to us while my partner was wondering what watch would be great to buy. The lady at the front of the store welcomed us warmly into the store. Nabil nailed the engraving on one of the watches which we requested. I have shared the glimpse of the engraving here, see how beautiful the heart looks like.

As i approached the store, i was met with an exquisite attitude by Nabil and Jessica. Nabil helped me find the right fit for the watch i bought, he was extremely professional and i had an amazing time at the store. I also had a lovely chat with Pannie, which made the in store experience a 100 times better.

I was served by a friendly staff Jennie who took an extra efforts and suggestion for the right choice of the product. Staffs liked to greet and approach to help. Left with very positive experience. I will definitely visit this store again for more items.

What a wonderfully positive experience I had at this Fossil store. I went in for a warranty claim for the a faulty smart watch to be sent away. The store assistant went straight into solving the issue and sorted it out straight away. She was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. A really positive
experience made easy by Fossil Melbourne Central!

I bought a new smart watch which i really liked the design from this store. Jira gave me great service. She showed me lots of options for the watches. Full of knowledge of products and very service minded. Super happy!

Extremely poor service. The customer service was very unfriendly.
I went to return my watch and the bands i bought since there were manufacture defects. The lady behaved with me very rudely. She wasnt interested to accept the watch and was telling me i can take the watch and return with different method. I will never ever buy anything from Fossil. There are other watch brand in the industry. Why go through the hassle?

Phenomenal customer service! I went here to get sunglasses, there was a one Asian women sanitized them for me and recommended good ones. I didn't hesitate to buy and they are really well UV protected as well as fancy design. I'll come by and purchase again for 100% sure.

They have a sign mentioning: Currently at max capacity. Door is locked and no one there exept two staffs who ignoring me.

Excellent customer service in this Melbourne Central store. Came in with watch that had stopped working and the lady solved and explained the problem immediately.
I had originally first gone to the Fossil shop in Emporium but the technician there had scratched the back of the watch trying to open it and suggested I go to a watch-repair stall. I could not believe she had suggested that and I was worried that would void the warranty.
The lady at the Fossil in Melbourne Central replaced the scratched part. Now, that is really excellent service!

Good range of Fossil products but unprofessionbal staff. The staff confirm she could hold the wallet for the day but I when I came back, other staff wasn't willing to check.

The staff are always so sweet and obliging. It's rare to come by such genuine customer service these days!
