Definitely love the food and drinks don’t love being asked to vacate our table so another group could sit there.

We went 6 people for food. They served foods in 10 min intervals each and they took more than half an hour to serve quesadillas.

The food and the service was 10 out of 10 thankyou and a special mention too one of there staff members Grace Osborne who recommended or meals to service thankyou

Came for a big group of bout 20+ people lunch event and we had the whole back room for us which is nice. We had tacos and chillaqilas as main. It is a big name with many branches so i don't have big hope on authenticity but overall it's better than most Mexican franchise in Melbourne. Good chips but I wish the nachos would have more guacamole dips.fresh ingredients and good taste

can park on Public car park but have to go through busy Glenferrie road. Free parking is very hard to find on weekdays around the area but weekend is ok

Food quality was amazing and tasted very good! Service was also good just the wait for our food was a bit long for what we ordered and it wasn’t that busy but over all nice place

Fish burrito used to be great, now just small bits of fish, smaller, and rice no quinoa. Disappointing.

I have some allergies which make it difficult to eat at restaurants. I called the restaurant in advance to check if there was anything I could eat. The manager I spoke to (Charlotte) was extremely helpful and patient on the phone by going through the menu with options I could eat. She said she would leave a note for our booking the following day. The waiter who served us on the day knew about my special dietary requirements but had also hand written a list of every item on the menu that would be suitable for me to eat.
The food was delicious too.

Good food and quick service. Venue including wash rooms were very clean. Also Hats off to Charlotte the staff who was managing an area all by herself even though it got very busy.

Extremely bland food. I went in knowing it was going to be expensive, but for that price everything just had no flavour. Better to just go to gyg across the road. Such a shame.

Fonda is a great venue to look at with plenty of space and a nice fitout. Good options inside and outside for dining suiting all occasions. Food here is expensive Mexican and unfortunately the food taste and quality videos not match the price. Food is serviceable at best. Our food didn't taste fresh, not the hottest and just lacked flavour and care. Service is quick and staff are nice but uncaring. Overall not a great experience, but ok.

Cocktails were really good, cocktail board a little deceiving on the digital menu, delicious Mexican food.

I had a dinner with my friends in Fonda Mexican we had enjoyed food.there is so many vegetarian options and different varieties it's yummy xxx

Friendly service, cool atmosphere, and easy ordering and payment through app via QR code scan, which is ideal for groups who want to pay separately. Overpriced though, spent $40 and was hungry and hour or so later.

Having dinner at Fonda Hawthorn tonight and it has been one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food and atmosphere have been phenomenal and the service has been excellent. Team member Spencer in particular has been extremely accomodating and helpful. Top notch stuff.

Surprisingly for me.as I don't do Mexican.we went for EOFY team lunch. I had sweet potatoes chips.and green salad.
I could've eaten a large bowl of the salad with garlic cheese sauce.really yummy.
The rest of our team loved the food.
Music was a little bit loud.

Everytime i came there was always hair in my food, pls be careful when you go there, make sure to check your food

We were there on wed night. It was my first time there. It was busy but had a relaxed vibe. Our server Nurain was very friendly, offered us some good suggestions when we asked and provided excellent customer service. Kitchen captain Riyah esp came over to see if we enjoyed the food. All in all it was a casual and fun night with exceptional customer service.

The manager working the night of Monday the 13th of June is an absolute joke of a person. Get your act together.

Everyone in our group enjoyed their food and drinks. We ordered different bowls and cocktails, all turned out to be tasty and fresh. I specifically liked the fact that the salad bowls weren’t greasy as they can be in most other places. Staff were friendly and polite.
