The food, atmosphere and drinks were awesome. I don't normally have frozen margarita's but I ended up buying 2. Food portion sizes are great as well. I left very satisfied. Would highly recommend

One of the best spots to enjoy Mexican cuisine in Melbourne. The staff is super friendly and the service is unbelievably quick! The food never disappoints, always spot on and tasty! 10/10 recommended

Incredibly good mexican burrito. However i would just like to add they advertise on uber eats an 11" burrito. I was quite disappointed when i received it as you can see it is no where near 11". It taste great but just saddened on the false advertising

Laura from the kitchen team was amazing, she made some delicious tacos, frozen mojito and chips! Will be back when craving Mexican food

Food is pretty average to be honest.

The servings are very small, and the burrito felt more like a slightly bigger taco than an actual burrito.

Prices are quite high, and one would expect a lot more than what they get for the same price.

Wouldn’t recommend going out of your way for this

My experience was overall good, however it was dampened by having an entire glass of red wine (not just a small amount a whole glass) spilt down my back and all over my coat. The food was great and came out promptly, with minor mistakes for a large group which is totally understandable. However I felt that management was poor in its response to the incident. I was the one that brought 20 friends to spend money at this establishment and it was my birthday. I ended up going home because of my clothes smelling so bad. I understand accidents happen and I did not make a fuss. But we were an entire group of hospo people and we were all shocked with the lack of responsibility taken by the server that spilt the wine over my friend and I. Instead we were met with rudeness after that leaving us all feeling like we were just an annoying group that staff wanted us out ASAP. I have never left a review or complained about an establishment before but I'm really disappointed and upset by what happened.

So delicious! From the frozen cocktails to the crunchy nachos, I highly recommend taking a trip to Fonda. I also loved the way you can view, order and pay for your delicious delights straight from the QR code at the table. It is very ingenious in this crazy covid time we love in

Good ambiance. Large space, good for large parties. Convenient order and pay on mobile. Hip. Beef taco was better than chicken taco. Food was fresh - more modern as opposed to authentic mexican.

Quick service by friendly staff. Great food. Didn't have a margarita but they looked amazing. Next time when I'm not driving.

Very good place to enjoy great drinks with mates whilst having awesome tasting mexican food. I would recommend the pineapple tortilla and the burrito.

Always loved Fonda. First time back after lockdown. First catch up with a work friend after a year WFH. Missed Fonda, missed him. I loved my mushroom quesadillas, fries with chipotle sauce. The falafels although not Mexican were a tasty edition. Lots for vegetarians too. We'll be back baby.

The restaurant has a great vibe with friendly and fast service. Food is pretty good as well. Definitely go for the burritos over the quesadilla

The online ordering app is very slow and food came out in a random order (first mains followed by our starters) Bring back waiters to take the orders!

Decent Mexican food in Melbourne CBD. All orders done through app post-Covid so super easy and orders came out pretty quickly. Wait staff were friendly and helpful!
