Had recommended by a colleague and was perfect for us. Great food, friendly staff and really looked after our young children. Highly recommend.

One of the best pasta I’ve had in a long time. Had the ragu and was literally the best one I’ve ever had.
Definitely recommend everyone to try it once.

Had a great time, great pizza’s with an even better customer service. Had a couple of pizzas and they were all nothing but perfection. Will definitely be back soon.

Had the eye fillet last night, was one of the better steaks I’ve had, simple but cooked perfectly

Went here a couple days ago. We ordered a otto calzone, gnocchi and the truffle polenta chips. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The atmosphere was quiet a surprise. From the outside it doesn't look like much but inside it has a very chic boutique luxe feel. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I didn't feel the customer service was there and although the food was good it wasn't anything special. Don't let that detract from the fact that it was still very enjoyable. Waiters could have been more attentive and more friendly.

Not sure we're coming back.

Dined in, then ordered a takeaway pizza. Thought we'd sit outside while waiting and enjoy a gelato from next door. One of the staff came out and gestured that we should not be sitting there (They had served us while we were inside).

Not a good feeling.

Perfect food and the service is great too. I honestly get flour and salt every second week or so. It’s by far my favorite local place to eat. Cannot recommend it enough!

Excellent and friendly service. The chilli and garlic prawns were delicious as was the chicken parmigiana which had salsa that was full of flavour. I would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the meatballs that we also ordered which were a little on the salty side.

Nice place to relax with a coffee. Staff are great with service. Renos have been done and looks fantastic. Makes place nice. Worth attending.

Excellent Pizzas, one of the best we have ever had. Michael was very welcoming and his service and attention to detail were outstanding. Must visit if you are in or around Fairfield.

No other pizza compares! My partner and I are regulars here and we are never disappointed. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Just want to say thank you to Michael and the team. I had the lamb shanks, it was absolutely beautiful, just fell off the bone cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Flour + Salt, from the warm greeting, excellent customer service, flavours of the meals and value for money.

Lovely food, we came for a task 45 minutes away and stopped at this amazing resteraunt. Their Risotto pasta is a MUST HAVE! Will defo come here again!

Probably the best pizza and food i've ever had! I fully recommend going there if you live localy or on a holiday. The owner is kind and makes you feel like the King! The staff are nice, and its just a really nice place to go to for dinner!

Heard so much about this place and it did not disappoint! The pappardelle ragu were divine, my son LOVED the gnocchi and my risotto was probably the best I've had in a long time. I don't usually review restaurants, but just had to share how delicious this meal was.

Had a minor miscommunication over the phone which was largely my own fault and they quickly replaced it with exactly what we were after. Food was absolutely stunning too

Came here at the recommendation of my physio down the road - not a bad little place! Nice, roadside views with contemporary Italian food, a good selection of beers and wines, and they're not too worried if you just want to have a brew and a bowl of wedges.

Best food, best pizza, amazing atmosphere. By far this is the best Italian restaurant in Melbourne, the owner is so charming and made everyone feel special. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We came back three times and we had the same experience.
Definitely worth a visit.

Flour and salt is an excellent spot if you want to have something as simple as chips and a beer with a mate, or something more substantial. The rotating specials list always has something interesting on it, and the location is excellent with a cozier street opposite the station and a broad glass window facing Station Street if you want to people-watch. The staff are lovely and they always know what pairs well with what, which is a real credit to the management team.

The layout is contemporary and clean. The food is tasty, well presented and value for money. The service is professional, knowledgable and friendly. Always look at the specials and be pleasantly surprised with their fresh innovative dishes
