Very nice! First time trying it out as we’re new to Fairfield.
Great atmosphere, pizza’s phenomenal and smiles to be seen!

It is located in fairfield suburb Just near the Fairfield station. They make the best pizza of the Melbourne. Very friendly staff.
I wanted to customize my dessert with cold and hot combo. They did it perfectly with apple crumble and vanilla ice cream.

Lively atmosphere, high-quality food, kind and attentive staff. Desserts were the highlight of the night. Definitely would recommend and will be back!

We were able to have little Matteo’s baptism over the weekend, and celebrated at Flour and Salt with our family and close friends.
A Huge Thank you to Michael and Rosemary for making it a day we will remember always - plenty to drink, plenty to eat and plenty of laughs. It was outstanding in every way.

My wife was disappointed with her pork dish. Il loved my rare steak, it was cooked to perfection. The pudding, we absolutely adored, it was the creme

I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. We decided to hold a private function and we were so impressed with the food served and the service given. Michael went out of his way to make us feel comfortable not having to worry about anything on the day and leading up to the day apart from eating and drinking. When Michael said "Don't worry there will be plenty of food" he was not lying. Thanks again to Michael and the team at Flour and Salt for making such delicious food and helping us to enjoy our day.

Everything here is so good. My favorite go to is the salsiccia pizza, with a side of veggies and broccolini. The cannoli’s are good and the crème brûlée is to die for. Thanks for always looking out for me Michael, Luigi and Enzo ️️️

Skip the tourist trap and sub-par Italian food of Lygon Street and head to this gem of the inner northeast, tucked away from the main thoroughfare of Station Street in Fairfield. The menu offers a range of delicious pastas, pizzas and specials, brilliant wines and the desserts are sumptuous too. I've taken friends and family here over the past few years and they have always been impressed both with the cuisine and the amiable staff.

The place was full, but the service was excellent and the staff is super friendly. They serve real italian food with top quality ingredients.

Staff are extremely rude. We walked in to collect our meal and got completely ignored. She asked if she could help us then walked away.

Great venue, lovely friendly staff and beautiful food.
Spent the evening with Italian friends, who two weeks later were still raving about the quality of the ingredients and food. Pizza is crispy and full of flavor and gnocchi is light and fluffy. Will be back for sure.

Great place to enjoy lunch and catch-up. Very friendly staff. Wide selection of Italian pizza and pasta. Our group of 9 people had Risotto, Pizza, Pasta, Gnocchi, Prawn. Food was quite tasty. Served promptly. You can park at Fairfiend station & walk to this place. Next door there is a Gelato shop!

I’ve had pasta and pizza here a few times. My favourite pizza is the Salsiccia. The staff are also really lovely

Just wanted to say thank you to Michael and his team. We organised a very last minute dinner for family and friends for my daughters 16th birthday. From the initial communication with Micheal, to the LOADS of amazingly delicious food on the night, we had a great experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and felt very welcomed. Special mention goes to our waiter, Future. He was so friendly, organised and timed everything to perfection. He attended to our every need and did it with a smile on his face. Nothing was too much trouble. Micheal is a great guy too. He came and introduced himself and made sure we were happy. We couldn’t be happier with the whole night. Of course the food was brilliant, but great customer service is just as important and they were all excellent!

Delicious pasta and pizza here, with a cosy space and wonderfully hospitable staff. In particular, I'd recommend their chat potatoes as a side to anything. My only complaint is the menu has so much stuff but only single line spacings!
