I previously booked all my airline tickets online from 2016 to 2018. I then had some trouble booking flights to the UK so, I decided to go to flight centre and try there. From that point on I have book all my tickets through this flight centre office and Sabina has been the agent who has helped me.
Even through this current pandemic they have been extremely helpful and persistent it assisting me.
I highly recommend this outlet of flight centre and will definitely be returning there for my next travel plans.

Natalie H took over our portfolio in 2019 and kept in touch with us through the pandemic! Natalie H managed to answer all our questions when our flights to Fiji were cancelled and she explained how the credits worked in order for us to rebook when the Fiji bubble hopefully arrives! Considering the stress Natalie H was going through at the time due to Flight Centre closing there doors due to COVID, she did an exceptional job and we thank her.

Suzana has provided great personal service when handling cruise bookings for us. She has a very good knowledge of what we require when

Follow up any quotes you might have with calls or emails during the week. Use your CBA MasterCard points at flight centre towards flights, cruises, resort stays.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. And they didn't hassle me relentlessly afterwards to get the sale like some other travel agents do.
