Natalie has been so kind, patient and thorough in helping my grandma plan for an interstate trip. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

We had the great benefit of having Denise from Flight Centre helping us plan our European adventure. Very knowledgeable, and engaged in what we thought, and gave advice to bring the plan to life. Outstanding!

If you don't need to purchase your trip through flight centre then I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

I'm not sure I've ever walked in to a shop with the intention of buying something and walked out not wanting anything to do with the reason I walked in.

I went into Werribee on Wednesday to book my honeymoon and the lady I spoke to was uninterested in helping me. After inviting me in to take a seat in front of her, she then said "hold on, I'm just going finish writing this email".

I told her I wanted to go to Fiji and she rolled her eyes and told me there were rules and regulations about us staying in a covid safe hotel for 3 days. I told her that was fine.

I then asked her to tell me a bit about Fiji and she said "What do you mean? " I then asked her what there was to do there and she said "nothing, just snorkelling". I then asked her to give me a catalogue so I could look through at home, since I wasn't getting any help from her.

If I didn't have thousands of dollars in flight centre vouchers I wouldn't use them based on this experience.

The staff is amazing and cooperative. I would like to appreciate DENISE for her insight and intelligence. They have the ability to respond before hand the questions are been asked. When I inquired for round trip flights to US from Australia through other agencies who were clearly rude and looting clients by exaggerating prices by 150%. Upon questioning on insurance they had no idea and was been asked to chase up on own.

But Flight center offered reasonable prices along with travel insurance. I got really a good deal for my family with flight center in less than an hour truly appreciate Denise's service. She also followed by info on special meals and other minute details with children. So ethical and transparent.

I am thrilled with flight centre and their staff. Georgia at the Pacific Werribee plaza booked all my flights and transfers and it went without a hitch! She was so lovely and so professional and competent. I am still so happy that she organised it all for me because I had a wonderful holiday with zero hassels!

I recently visited the Werribee store to book a flight back to the UK for a bereavement, Natalie Hayes was the lovely lady that helped me. She was so kind and thorough she made the whole process so very easy for me. I would highly recommend using this Flight centre for ease and that personal touch.

I have been trying to book a holiday for 2022, with a number if flights and hotels. I rang Flight Centre Werribee and spoke to Suzana. She was polite and very helpful, booking what I needed, and in good time. She definitely took the stress out of trying to book it all myself.

Denise was am absolutely gem. Due to various lock downs, flight cancellations, travel restrictions etc we were constantly in contact. She always responded straight away and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently with minimum stress for us!

Had the pleasure of having Suzana assist with our planned holiday, Suzana was fantastic from organising our whole trip to giving advice on places to visit and sharing her own experiences, the service we received was very easy going and made it so easy to plan our trip, cannot thank Suzana enough, will definitely be visiting Flight Centre again based on the customer service provided by Suzana.

We couldn't recommend Denise. C any more. Due to COVID we hadn't put much thought into our honeymoon until last minute. Denise planned an awesome Itinerary for us with the perfect mix of fun/adventure and relaxation. We went to places we never thought of going to which ended up being our favourite part of the trip. Her recommendation on places to go and things to do were great. She responded to every question I had and even while we were away she continued to be helpful and didn't just ignore us once her job was done. She is awesome at what she does!

My experience with the staff at Flight Centre Werribee Pacific has never disappointed. If it's great service with a personal touch that you are looking for Denise C is the girl for you!

Natalie H is amazing at what she does; our son missed his flight home from NZ and she was on the phone to the airline finding out any information to help us even though the original ticket wasn’t booked through her. She found a suitable alternative and communicated throughout the process.

We are very grateful to Denise for helping us to arrange a holiday to Broome WA to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This is the third trip she has booked for us. She handled all the details of our trip and uncertainty due to Covid efficiently and kept us informed at all times. I would recommend that you talk to Denise to organise your next holiday.

With a trip to the UK planned twice last year, then when COVID intervened we were able to shift the first trip to later and with the ongoing pandemic we were able to cancel the trip, our consultant has assisted us right through and get our all funds redeemed. I can not speak highly of our consultant and Flight Centre’s help. When we are able to travel freely we will be back to Flight Centre to book again.

Suzana was incredibly professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She listened to all of our requests and provided us with up to date information in a timely manner whilst also offering a wealth of valid suggestions that will make our holiday amazing!

Have been having dealings with Denise in regard to a postponed European River Cruise and of late with booking flights to & from Sydney. It is a pleasure to speak with her & very helpful. It is a pleasure to have dealings with her as she has been handling the river cruise bookings since she worked in the Watton St store in Werribee. Very different from a travel agent I had dealings with over in Bawlyn and I haven't been back too.
