Despite having to wait for a while, the person that served me was good. I understood and could see that they won’t rush you into booking flights and/or accommodations because there is a long queue. They put their 100% into their service for each of us customers. Thank you Nic Meyers for your patience and making me feel safe as I was new to booking tickets and my family’s tickets.

No one to answer a phone. Message said you have to go in to make an appointment to talk with someone.

Nic Meyers helped me with my 2 month overseas trip and I couldn’t recommend anyone any higher! Knows exactly what he’s doing and always keen to help. Will be going back to Nic as soon as I am ready for my next trip whether it be overseas or interstate. Legend of a human too.

Went to Flight Centre Pacific Werribee today. Team member Natalie attended to us. We got the flight that we wanted at a very reasonable price. Natalie was very nice, courteous and very helpful. She practically made our day, 10 out of 10 service. Highly recommended Travel Agent!

I had put in a general enquiry on a Sunday late afternoon for a holiday quote. Within at least 15 mins, Natalie had emailed me back and got the ball rolling ASAP. Within 3 to 4 days, I had my holiday booked. Some of this done on Natalie’s days off or well after she’d gone home for the night. Nothing was too much trouble and Natalie came through with everything I asked for.
I highly recommend Natalie. Definitely give her a try no matter what state you live in, I’m in Queensland. I will definitely be using her again!

We’ve used Flight Centre before but the service provided by Denice at Werribee Plaza was excellent. I would highly recommend Denise to all my fellow travellers for her patience and expertise. Thank you Denise for helping us with our next adventure.

Unprofessional, Don’t respect the people waiting in the queue for hrs, They serve randomly so stand in front of their desk coz you never know.

Try to book an appointment in store, stood there for 40mins, walk out, then try to make an appointment via phone and get hung up on 3 times, so now forget about it!

Waiting time is so ridiculous, I waited two hours to be served and no staff to serve the people waiting. Horrible service

Flight Centre are useless and they have disgraceful customer service. Overpriced rip off merchants. Be weary when u book with them to because they dont have a refund policy.
