I purchased a one way flight ticket from Simon.

He has been very helpful and professional despite it was very difficult time when most businesses were hit hard by Cor-19 global pandemic. Due to the unpredictable Cor-19 situations, I had to keep making changes with my flight schedule. He handled all requests and enquiries very well.

I highly recommend flight centre to everyone who is looking for a great travel consultant.

Highly recommend Emma at Flight Centre Point Cook. She booked our holiday to Hawaii in January (we were so lucky to go before coronvirus cancelled everything) and did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always happy to answer any questions we had as well as make changes for us. The holiday was wonderful and everything Emma booked for us was high quality especially the great tours and accommodation. Thank you!

Very poor and disappointing customer service too say the least, firstly was handed over to me someone else's itinerary which is a breech of confidentiality. Not knowing what a 4.2 star Hotel should be, buying time to speak and get answers back from their so called customer service and wholesaler teams. Not taking responsibility for their wrong actions is making them a very unprofessional business. Certainly will not go in that miss leading store for future trips.

Courtland has been helping us a lot with our honeymoon! He is great and knowledgeable. He doesn't force you to book everything via flight centre and always willing to help with. It gets busy on the weekens though.

Amazing! I have booked many trips with Courtland and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure all my trips have been everything I could want and more. He always has great suggestions to make the trips better and to see new things in holiday destinations I have been before. The store is welcoming and I enjoy planning holidays with Courtland. Can’t recommend Courtland highly enough.

We had our holiday to Cape Town South Africa via Hong Kong done through them. One of our more memorable holidays ever. They are super efficient and offer great deaks and packages and take the worry out of your travels.

We will definitely use them again.

Charles made me do my booking on the phone front of him and when i finished he said i can not book anything on the phone i have to print out screenshots. Went home did that and finally when i have returned with 6 printed pages he said it is not good because i does not show my credit card details?
The screenshots shows cost summary so they can do the price match but Charles was unprofessional and i could not book with Flight Centre and i don't think that i will ever!

I have been dealing with Courtland at Flight Centre for many years now and I can highly recommend him! His service is first class! Nothing is too much trouble for him! He goes above and beyond to make sure your trip is exactly what you wanted it to be without any problems.
He is a pleasure to deal with and with many years of retail experience under my belt, I know good service when I come across it. Looking forward to many more dealings with Courtland and Flight Centre

Surprised at some of the reviews here. I booked my holiday to the US with Simon and Megan and found them both very helpful. My husband and I had a great time travelling around the Deep South and their hotel recommendations were spot on.

Really disappointed with Point Cook Flight centre after we booked a trip to Phuket and Singapore.the service was good and Simon was friendly but the information on the hotels was so far wrong it wasnt funny.we were told the hotel in Kata beach we were staying at was under going renovation to the dinning room only but when we got there the whole place was being painted and workmen going until 10pm.i must say we still enjoyed our stay though.then we get to Singapore to find a room as big as a shoe box with the shower over the top of the toilet and about 10 inches around each side of the bed and in a really quiet part of town.we didnt stay, instead we booked into a much bigger and nicer room in a different part of town where we were at least near some life. I think Flight centre should take some responsibility for their recommendations as now we are out of pocket for 4 nights accommodation and we are being told the wholesaler said the hotel wont refund the money.well i dont think the hotel is really to blame i think Flight centre is. I dont think we can trust them again with holiday bookings and there will be plenty in the future.
