Flight Centre Point Cook

Rachael helped me book a trip to Canada and was extremely professional. When in Canada for different reasons l had to change change my flights 4 times. Rachael was always helpful and nothing was a problem.
I highly recommend Rachael, 10 out of 10 from me.

I’m not normally a travel agent type when booking holidays BUT Marie was sensational in helping us book our Honeymoon in Hawaii 01/22. From the time we booked, to the multiple changed flights and also providing support for a small issue encountered while OS, Marie was all over it. If in the Point Cook area Or

Giving 1 star coz I cant give 0. I have been Wrong information, ended up taking 2 PCR test. $130 waste. Had to show up 5 hrs earlier than check in time to get another PCR test at airport.

This review is for the flight centre online booking. Please save your sanity and avoid the online app or booking. The in person store care is very good and they have competitive policies, very approachable, professional and worth the money. The online team is pathetic and money making without proper customer service. The helpline would make you wait for an hour and automatically cut the call after 1 hour wait. If you are lucky you can reach them after 4 to 5 hours of multiple call waits. And even when you reach them they dont answer your question immediately and send you on rounds. Beware the in store and online centres have completely different policies and in store personnel cannot help you or even cancel the booking of an online ticket. We booked through the flight centre app only remembering the value and professionalism of an in person store.

Really great Customer Service. I was assisted my Marie and she was wonderful and patient with me. We made changes due to COVID and she was patient and professional in assisting us. Thank you so much for your time and we look forward to further business with you in the future.

Amazing customer service. Marie went above and beyond to assist me with finding and booking a flight which I was unable to do due to COVID affecting flights. She was very accommodating and provided crucial information I needed to ensure I'm able to catch my flight which is a lot more complicated these days. Thank you so much, without you I wouldn't be able to travel back home for Christmas

This review is for the Maltese Marie haha. She was really helpful and went the extra step to make sure my international flight was sorted and that I knew all the laws of the countries I was transiting though and more. Even with a flight change she was quick to help me out with it.

I really appreciate it especially since when I would call the online team let's just say that wasn't awesome so was really good to have some great customer service. She did what I needed in a couple hours what took the online team 6-8 weeks.

So keep it up champ.

Absolutely AMAZING! Had a travel credit from may 2021 and after calling the number to try rebook on the credit, i was hung up on repeatedly and they continued to add charges! Was extremely anxious and stressed (was going to bin the credit! $1500)!
I rang and spoke to Em directly who went above and beyond to accommodate me and my fussy needs! I couldn't be more happy with her results and services!

We planned our trip to Port Douglas and Brisbane with Simon at Flight centre Point cook before covid. The day before we went into lockdown in Victoria and couldn’t go. Simons help in keeping us up to date as everything unfolded in a tough scenario and then keeping us informed was excellent and cannot talk highly enough of his effort and great communication with us. Then Simon also helped us book our trip to Brisbane as soon as the borders opened again and we got to go to our friends 50th birthday through Simons effort and which was a great night. I cannot talk highly enough of Simons great service and communication in a tough and unprecedented time. Would not hesitate in booking with Simon again.

We recently had a family emergency and required tickets done within no time. Simon from Flight centre has been an absolute legend. He not only managed to get us ticket which were the cheapest across any site.but also guided me in terms of approvals required, exemption requirements, COVID test results.the works.
