Great service thanks again to Marie Micallef @ Pointcook Flight Centre loved the holiday Marie took care of flights, hotel and transfers even activities once we got to Phuket absolutely loved the Graceland family resort as always very knowledgeable and helpful thankyou

Vidit helped us booked our holiday to Port Douglas. He has such a professional and friendly personality. Made the whole experience very pleasant. Marie and Simon was able to help us with other requests that we needed while Vidit was on leave. No job too small. They’re a great team at FlightCentre Point Cook. Can’t wait to book for our next holiday with them.

Would not recommend at all for reasons:
1. If flight centre employees present in store can not match a flight centre online quote and you do not purchase through them for their own inability to provide a reasonable deal, then according to them "you just waste their time. " In an essence you have to buy if you go in.

2. Even if customers queue up in the store for more than 30 minutes, they do not bother to inform how much longer to wait.

3. Really inefficient and was unable to match deals from flight centre itself.

Both Werribee and Williamstone centres provided a better deal than these guys and none had issues "Wasting their precious time and effort for a lowly human"

Called them up. They didn't have any packages available. Girl said she'd have to put a trip together. Took my details. Never called back. Obviously went into the too hard basket. They were given specific dates we could travel. So if it was something they couldn't help us with, they should have just said so. Don't say "we'll get back to you" when you already know that won't be possible.

Whenever I am lucky enough to have a break I ALWAYS see Simon McAteer at Flight Centre Point Cook. I have benefited from his advice and recommendations for my engagement, wedding and any other break.

Marie was a gem helping me and my family organise our trip to Thailand! She found the best deals that would work for us and always kept us up to date with all the restrictions surrounding covid. We would definitely be seeing Marie for all of our future travels!

I won't be using flight centre again. Charge a bunch for no assistance. Don't respond to emails or answer questions. During our transit we contact them for assistance and were told to contact the local supplier. If I have to manage the trip myself what's the point of using a travel agent.

We booked our family holiday to Hawaii with Marie Micallef she was very helpfull throughout the whole process. She gave us fair unbiassed advice about the choice of hotels and tours. I would recommend her and be using her for future travel plans.

I simply told Marie Micallef at Flight Centre Pt. Cook, I’d like to get away somewhere to the Sunshine Coast here is my budget and she came up with a bundle and Noosa we went and had a wonderful time highly recommend them.
Highly commend Noosa Blue accomodation too very central to all our needs, staff were nice Beach transport shops restaurants.
