The Travel Consultant that assisted me with a trip to Coff's Harbour at the Glen Waverley store was very efficient and offered us a number of alternative ways we could make our trip. This was very helpful as we were travelling for work and it was going to be a quick in/out trip over the weekend. The accommodation was suitable for our needs and she also made sure we had a hire car and any other needs were covered. In general, Bec was very efficient and I will be using her again for further work related trips.

Great Service. We always book our travel plans through Sophie at Flight centre. The good part of travel is not worrying about the plans. Sophie is always helpful and gets great deals for us. Never had an issue with travelling either overseas or around our Country.

Sophie was extremely helpful when planning our recent family holiday to Japan. She was very responsive and went above and beyond - even finding out about places we could watch the AFL Grand final in Tokyo! We would not have pulled the trip together without her help with arranging flights, accommodation and activities, and we would not hesitate to ask for her assistance when planning our next trip.

What to say about the staff and service at Flight Centre, Glen Waveryley. Well, I live on the opposite side of the City and I find myself in frequent communication with the staff there because of their high standards in customer service, efficiency and most importantly, going above and beyond with an excellent sense of humour. One travel consultant, in particular, Melissa Lamborn.has been someone that has handled my diverse (often short notice) requests over the years and I honestly find myself with no reason to source travel advice elsewhere.

Booked a big USA trip for Aug/Sept this year. 6 of us travelling for 5 weeks.
Multiple bookings of flights, car hire, train travel, accomodation, sports tickets and other activities.
Happy to say that due to the diligence of our consultant (Megan) not one hiccup along the way.

Nice and cooperative staff, there price is slightly different than the price on the website. I have to pay 79$ more then what was on website. But that doesn’t matter. Overall they very pretty good

Went there and asked for some information regarding for flights.the customer service lady was so rude and mean when i asked.she was more worried about her own things and she seemed frustrated. I went, cause i heard flight centre is very good and customer service is excellent but i got very disappointed to see worse customer servic at glen Waverly flight centre

We've been going to see Lauren Patton for a few years now over the course of several holidays and she's just a dream. Her experience, personality and attitude is just so refreshing and awesome to experience. She sorts it all out (visas, car hire, accommodation, train tickets), tells us all the right tips, keeps us informed of any changes to the booking (i.e. If the flight changes by 15 minutes), laughs with us about our past holiday experiences and shares her own experiences and knowledge. Just invaluable. Couldn't imagine booking a holiday on my own these days. The other staff are also a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great service provided by Lauren. Was able to make a couple of bookings over the phone with ease. Was also able to include a couple of pets in the booking to make life easier, avoiding the need to contact the airline directly.

Great service from Lauren Patton, highly recommended. Prices were highly competitive and her expertise made the booking process a breeze. My partner has also had positive experiences working with Sherman Cunden.

Very bad customer service. Try to trick you with the prices. Unwilling to beat the airline company prices with any nonsense excuses. Claiming they can take care of me whilst the airlines cannot in case of any delay or cancellation. No professional service at all. Very low.

Very disappointing, used them for years and then went in to ask about flights and they never responded! Will never use FC again.
