Flight Centre

I have been using the travel service of Flight Centre at shop 250 in Chadstone for many years. I highly recommend this team (with special mention to Renee Byrne) for your travel needs. Advice is first class, accommodation suggested is always very well located, bookings are easy and if any issues do occur with the holidays they are extremely helpful and sort the matter out as quick as possible.

Very poor service. They stuffed our travel dates completely on the itinary. Costed us a lot of time and effort to have them rectify their own mistakes. Would not recommend.

Renee and her team always go out of their way to find me the best deals and plan out the perfect itinerary for the adventure I'm seeking. Quick to take my booking and payment but very unhelpful when I needed to cancel part of itinerary. Will not be using this Chadstone Flight Centre again!

Flight Centre Upstairs. Lazy staff
. Did not serve us. Only wanted to talk to themselves.they didn't want customers. So I went somewhere else. I did a deal with another Travel Agency. That wanted to serve us.

Best shopping centre in Melbourne. Lots of shops, restaurants. Parking is a bit of a pain on weekends.

I have to give Molly Hickman 5 stars. Her service was out standing. She listened to what I wanted when other travel agents in Chadstone did not. Molly followed me up with different options. Thank you Molly for your time. If you want someone who cares about their customers this is the right person.

Went in on 7-6-19 and was served by Adam. I needed a flight to America to deal with a family matter and can honestly say that Adam must have thought I was the most stupid person on the planet. He tried to tell me he couldnt find any cheap prices that i found and that the offer must have ended, while trying to sell me flights that were $1000 more. So not only did Adam think i was stupid, he tried to take advantage of the fact i needed to get to America ASAP. Quite frankly, i found the treatment to be a joke. Flight Centre should be embarrassed by Adams conduct. I wont ever deal with these morons ever again.
