Leading up to our wedding in Feb, 2022 we still hadn't booked a honeymoon as travel still felt a little uncertain and we weren't sure what would be possible. As the date got closer we decided to book an appointment at Flight Centre Chadstone to see what our options. We were welcome by Molly Hickman who was friendly, knowledgable and super helpful. Molly helped guide us, offering suggestions and listening to our wish list, budget and timeframe. Our honeymoon was wonderful! Hamilton Island was absolute paradise. From the flights, accommodation and transfer to and from our hotel, each step ran smoothly seamlessly. Thank you Molly, for making our honeymoon memorable and stress free.

Felt ignored, ended up booking everything myself online, thought it would be easier booking with a travel agent and with the effects of Covid-19 I figured I would try support an industry that took a financial beating over the last two years, staff i guess have become complacent and have forgotten they work in an industry that requires good customer service to all it’s customers. Wish I could rate their service but I didn’t get it.

Everyone appears busy, even with only a few customers around. Follow up not so great. I really missed the experienced professional staff from years gone.

Not a great experience, I made an online booking which can't even be managed online. The customer service queue goes on for hours with no response back and there is no email/chat to even reach out. The staff in store were not helpful either as they said they don't manage any of the online bookings. Its the first time I booked via Flight Centre and would be the last:/

Can't believe the amount of help and enthusiasm I received from Bradley and Juliana in store. They spent over 3 hours to just plan and get a quote for a road trip I'm gonna do this year around US (a massive 40-day road trip), and they went into every details, including what to do on a day to day basis. The amount of knowledge and the patience was amazing. Can't expect any more. Truely the best customer service I have received, ever.

Really disappointed with the service. Staff messed up our itinerary and have been unresponsive to phone calls and emails, and have little desire to help change the dates! In the mean while the cost of flights is rising.will never use flight centre again. Book direct through airlines, cheaper and much better customer service!

I ve been a customer for years. During this period and with this craziness I realise how poor the customer service is in this company. There is not a single staff that I talk with and assisted me with genuine advices. I am shocked how these people care of making money for the company and getting their commissions, when people like us are frustrating in order to get a flight back home. I have no place to stay because I did the mistake and trusted this agency! My flights were canceled twice and the staff member was not caring to share the news or calling next time just to ask to book with a different airline. They don’t refund, they lie due to uncertainty and they don’t even think twice before they give wrong information! I spoke with 5 different team members (names that I remember: Renee, Nicole, Caity, Bailey) and each person responded different stuff for the same question I made! I spent thousands in two different tickets and got nothing back! I am waiting for a refund in an insurance for 12 weeks! 12 weeks! This is the first time I am hearing something like it! And when is to book for a new trip here are all the smiles and everyone is happy to assist! I am super disappointed with Flight Centre! People should remember to be “humans” and respect customers‘ needs first! This is a really good time to prove the customer service even when spread bad news, there should be an alternative or advice right before the the time comes! I very very very much regret the fact I cooperated with this “travel-agency”- sales company!

Highly recommend cheap accommodating and will give you the best deal and best advice along with helpful guides to accommodation have been using for a number of years and always have my business

I would like you to know that I’m glad I had my booking done by your senior consultant Keira Brault at your Chadston centre. We’ve made booking last year for travelling to Europe in May this year. Unfortunately as well as everybody we also are forced to cancel our trip. I’d like to thank your best consultant Keira Brault for her professionalism, great interpersonal skills and just being a great person looking after her customers. Thank God for Keira in this stressful times. Keira has made the whole process easier and stress less. Thank you Keira.

When our travel plans had to change due to the health of one of our travelling party, Mollie Sinclair was amazing and turned what could have been a really heart breaking situation into a solution. Her sensitivity and high standards of customer service saved the day and provided some comfort in a difficult time.

The service provided by the travel agents at Flight Centre Chadstone has always been very good. Molly Hickman did an excellent job of organising our trip to Egypt and Jordan. She was knowledgable and helpful. We'll be asking Molly to help us again with our next overseas trip.

I booked my trip with Cailen with the help of Bailey aswell.was incredibly happy with the customer service from the both of them. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went exactly how I wanted and it’s so refreshing to have such an easy going and relatable guy like Cailen help me through what was initially an overwhelming process. This trip was a lifetime goal for me and I am so happy I went to this flight centre to help me achieve it. Would recommend anyone who is planning any sort of trip no matter how big or small to see these two lovely and charming boys.
