Had a great trip to Bali thanks to Zaisha! She organised great flights and an amazing hotel, as well as giving me personal recommendations for activities and drivers there! Overall 10/10 trip. Will be coming back to Zaisha again for future travels.

We originally had no intention of buying tickets to the USA and internal flights from a travel agent. Been overseas heaps of times and just did my own purchase, pain in the butt but thought I always saved $$$. This time around had issues with my internet and thought would check into the local flight centre at chaddy. Was surprised how competitive prices were and in fact i think it was cheaper than doing it myself. No headaches as well, we ended up doing the accommodation through them as well. Very happy

Went to Flight Centre Chadstone to book a return ticket to Bail and a hotel there before EOFY. A staff member told me there was a system breakdown and she can only check the price for me but cannot book it.
YOU REALLY NEED TO FIX YOUR IT SYSTEM.

I got flight tickets booked at Flight Centre Chadstone with Chole Lang, Travel Consultant. I find Chole is very helpful throughout the booking process. After that, I emailed her for a couple of further enquires, her response is always very prompt!

I called Chloe with a dilemma about how I was going to get from A to B and she was incredible! She discussed a few different options that I hadn’t even considered and was so helpful!

If I could rate 0 star I would. I attended Chadstone flight centre in March 2023 and I dealt with Chloe L to assist us in booking our trip to Europe this summer. She was initially very helpful, took down dates etc and helped with flights/accommodation. Chloe said she would email us that evening with a further itinerary to avoid us waiting in store. I didn't hear anything back, assuming she was busy. I emailed later that week to follow up. No reply. I attended Chadstone flight centre the following week as I hadn't heard anything back. Chloe apologised and said she had been busy, she booked us an appointment in store for the next day. That day we booked and 'held' accommodation, flights, cars etc. After an hour in store she said she would email us further details that evening. Again, I didn't hear back. I emailed Chloe a few days later to follow up. I received an automatic reply saying she was out of office. I am still waiting to hear back (3 months later). Luckily we didn't wait for Chloe! We ended up seeing Dean at Southland Flight centre who has been absolutely incredible! He is extremely professional and gets the job done! Flight centre Chadstone have been an extreme disappointment and I would hate what we had to deal with, to happen to anyone else.

(off-peak time) Waited for 15 minutes just to see someone. Was served by Katie who was lovely at first. However, after two searches told us she couldn’t give us a quote if we were not 100% going to make a booking in-person. Stating that she must prioritise a customer who was more likely to give her “commission”. Props to her for being honest but don’t waste your time here.

Worst customer service ever wouldn’t touch these guys, poor knowledge base of travel. Guess the CEO is still making a packet of money and not educating there staff. More then ever these guys should be offering 100% plus customer service but instead they rather play on there phones, just lost 10k worth of travel today

Absolutely awful customer service at Chadstone, staff not willing to help and then asked to leave as there was a line at the door? I was currently sat down enquiring so why am I not staff’s priority… would not recommend going there at all.

Went and popped into the store on a Saturday to be advised that by Chloe that they were understaffed and unfortunately couldn’t assist us, but could spare a few minutes to get us a few brochures. Chloe then gave us her business card to email and said she’d respond within three business days, from when we came in store which was on the 14 May to which we were completely understanding and grateful for the few minutes Chloe could spend with us.

However, We have still not heard from Chloe, even after following up. We’ve emailed on the 15 May, 19 May, 22 May and 24 May and the 29 May - and haven’t heard from her at all. We have since, called the store, no answer and send a text to Chloe on the Wednesday 25 May to simply ask if she can at least acknowledge our request or even let us know if she had the capacity to help us. Nothing.

My husband and I have always had a good experience from Flight CENTRE but have been incredibly disappointed by the lack of service or just acknowledging you have our request.

We have since had to book our honeymoon elsewhere and independently.

We visited the Chadstone flight centre today and were helped by the fabulous Niki. Words can not describe her attention to detail, time management and fantastic deals. Niki was professional, friendly and an absolute delight to deal with. As ex travel agents ourselves, our expectations were exceeded and all travel will now be booked with Niki and her team every time.

Had a great first visit in person and got the info I needed then got worried as the booking wasn't showing on my Qantas profile or didn't receive my itinerary.

Unfortunately my agent wasn't replying to my emails so ended up calling, my frequent flyer wasn't in which is why I couldn't access any info.

Now the date of my departure looks wrong on the ticket and I am still waiting for someone to email me back.

Any chance I can transfer to a different agency? I have one much closer to home and would feel more comfortable

Having to spend more money on international calls since the emails have gone quiet.

Due to Covid we booked through Flight Centre to ensure we have extra help and communication for when we are overseas. Now we are overseas, ignored and ripped off.

And please don’t respond with the customer relations spiel, the phone number doesn’t work.

You have to always chase them for information and they will never call you back. They always give excuse that they are under staffed.

Fabulous customer service from Molly who was just a delight to deal with. I was having difficulty changing a flight and Molly was so attentive and caring and solved my issue quickly. Highly recommend.

Worst Customer service ever. We got charge an extra $1000 to book our flights in comparison to what I could find online but went with a Travel Agent as we thought they might help us during the height of covid. When we tried to change the date, which they said they would help us with when we spoke to them at Chadstone, they couldn't help us and could only find flights that were more expensive. I went to the Airline directly and they changed the date for us at no extra charge.
We then wanted to change our itinerary, and offered to change our flight to a much cheaper destination but that was only possible at an extra cost of $600 per person.
Now we have tried to cancel our flights to change the itinerary ourselves but Flight Center Chadstone has not answered any of our 20 phone calls over the past 2 weeks and are not responding to emails.
Even tried calling Customer Service relations but that number also isn't going through.
Extremely dissapointed in the "customer service" that we have not received. Flight Center is a SCAM, book flights yourselves instead, much cheaper and easier.

I am beyond disappointed today. What would you feel if you found out upon checked in that you don’t actually have a flight booking. At first I thought it was just some prank but unfortunately there’s no booking under our names. WHAT A JOKe! We have all our print out from airline reservation code, cover insurance and captain package. Even the emergency helpline didn’t manage to help us with our flight. What’s the use of paying extra for this type of service? I’ll get to the bottom of this soon
