Excellent customer service, quick turn around and it was half the price of what apple was going to charge me to replace my screen. The replacement screen also comes with a 3 month warranty!

I went there thinking I needed a charging port replacement. Turns out the charging port only needed a deep clean, which turn out to be way cheaper than what I was ready for. Great, honest and quick service! Highly reccomend!

Both my self and my daughter have been to Fix a Phone in elsternwick a few times since 2017 between us and each time the service has been outstanding. Friendly staff, explain what the issue is and what is required to fix it. Advice you of the cost and in all instances our phones have been repaired on the same day within a couple of hours.
Fix a phone also provided a warranty of 3mths for the repair.

We would rather not damage our iPhones in the futures however if we are ever unlucky we will definitely take it to Fix a phone
