Fix A Phone

Broke my phone during lockdown. Then I used a local crowd who actually did more damage than good. Finally, after many malfunctions and returns, I gave up and went to Fixaphone in Glen Huntly. Steve gave me really clear advice on what had been done and what I could do to return my phone (which I really am attached to) back to normal. I left the phone there for a couple of hours and now it is working perfectly. The cost was acceptable and the service was very professional. Thanks Fixaphone.

Have unfortunately dropped my phone one too many times and fix a phone always save the day. Efficient, reasonable and do a great job!

We really should take better care of our phones! But with 2 teenagers in the house we’ve had cracked screens, broken cameras, home buttons destroyed, batteries replaced, glitches, you name it. Nothing has ever been a problem for these guys. Fast, friendly, reliable and quality work. Wish I could find a mechanic and/or a plumber this good!

Situated in Balaclava in the main shopping strip. My iPhone 8 Plus had an unfortunate incident with a car which resulted in the back glass shattering.
The phone looks just as it did when I first got it. You cannot tell the difference. It’s fully functioning. The service was fast. The price was excellent. Any further repair jobs will be done here. 5 stars.

I don't normally care about surveys but yesterday I was impressed by the fast turn over of repairs snd attention given to my phone, I was given a rental phone whilst my phone was being repaired, the advice given, the product knowledge was excellent, so much that I am buying other phone brand products and am going back to get other adjustments made. The Elsternwick branch a convenient location to me.

Unfortunately, since then, I have attempted to make small payments from the phone but been unsuccessful. I'll bring it back in for a technical analysis.

I gave my daughter’s iPad after a water damage to fix. It was fixed in few hours and got back the device in perfect condition. Tech was very responsive and clearly explained about the issue it can cause. Am really impressed and happy for the FIX! Decent pricing.

Absolute legend! I dropped my Galaxy S10 and was stuck on boot loading screen, couldn't do a thing to reset it but handed over to Fix A Phone, half expecting a $200-$400 repair job only to find they offered a free diagnosis and managed to repair it within 2 hours for much less than expected. They provide honest opinions and problem solving that'll save the headaches.
