Outstanding, personalised service from the team at the Mitcham store. They were accommodating of our three young boys when a booking fell through at another location, and put everyone at ease instantly. Along with knowing their stuff, the staff were fun and had lots of jokes (and a handy bag of lollies) lined up for the children, making the fitting experience really enjoyable and full of laughs. Our wedding had peaks and troughs of stress, but arranging the suits was the easiest thing in the world. Thanks Mitcham team!

Walked in to hire. Walked out purchasing a quality suit. Didnt even get the hard sell, the quality of their higher end pieces sell themselves. Comparable to other mid-tier chain stores such as Joe Black Peter Jackson.
Great service too, although they can get pretty busy, best to have an appointment if you want full service measuring.

Horrible service. Had to tell them multiple times (5 times) that we wanted ivory shirts. They kept forgetting. Had to go in and confirm and still wasn't in the system. They then ensure that the shirts will be ivory. Ended up with some ivory and some white. Forget a pocket square for one of the groomsmen. Very rude staff. Do not recommend at all.

Unnattentive staff, seemed to be trying to con us through the process of renting an ill fitting tuxedo. The explicit stains and marks gave off the implication I would be getting married in a suit of solidified bodily excrement.

Amazing customer service and very good at suggesting the right suits for both me and my son.

My son hired a suit, albeit reluctantly as he wanted to wear chinos and a normal dress shirt. After wearing the suit suggested, he wants me to come back and buy one.
