The staff at Ferrari Mitcham could not have been more kind and understanding of the diverse needs of my students when suiting them up for our Presentation Ball. I highly recommend the range of suits and accessories that are hired at an affordable price.

Great service! Maria and Nesi were extremely warm and helpful. Got married without a hitch! My groomsmen rented suits, they got measured up and suits were ready for them in no time and fitted them perfectly. Simple, quick and easy

I bought my wedding dress at Ferrari with the help of three lovely ladies who were incredibly encouraging, honest and supportive. It was like having a team of my aunties there to help! Thank you so much, Madalene, Coral, and the lady with the Russian (?) accent (who normally works in the menswear section)! I found my dream dress here, and I'm looking forward to wearing it at my wedding. They also suggested a few affordable options for getting my dress altered, so I'm looking forward to getting that done next!:)

Went for wedding fitting had a booking and waited 45 mins. Very under staffed and poorly organised.

I was looking for a bridesmaids dress and visited both the Narre Warren and Frankston Ferrari stores as well as 8 other bridal stores. Mitcham Ferrari Formal was BY FAR was the best service I recieved. I was served by Madalene, she was knowledgeable, incredibly attentive and provided suggestions and tricks for how to make the dress fit my shape and look the best. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would 100% recommend Madalene and the store.

Called into this store and the lady behind the counter with a very thick European accent yelled we close at 4pm and the time we walked in was actually 4.41pm on the website it says this store closes at 5pm. We were told to look on the racks and nobody approached us until we were walking out the door. I find this store to be very unhelpful and very rude especially the lady with the thick tongue. I do NOT recommend this store.

Lovely service but I'm a size 14 (so 16-18 in wedding dresses) and they had nothing for me to try on? That didn't make me feel too good about myself. The lady was so lovely and ordered one dress for me to try on but I'm the average size of a woman in Australia - this shouldn't happen.

All the way from France, came here for a last minute suit and was greated with warm and welcoming staff who knew their product and were very helpful in the styling and fitting of my suit.

They went above and beyond for my fiancé and I! The service here was so amazing and a breath of fresh air. After going to multiple bridal stores no other place came close to the customer service here. They gave helpful advice and we would highly recommend this place!

My first experience at looking at wedding dresses and I felt so unwelcome. Both myself and my maid of honour were made to feel inferior and uncomfortable. I wish my first experience had been nicer.

Excellent service and attentive staff. We were impressed with the range and quality of the stock and the way that the staff are able to adjust sizing and fitting to get the right look. We will be back to buy more and will keep a keen eye on your stock.
