Kelly + Cate were so lovely and went above and beyond to source us a different dress size from another store in time for my wedding as its to soon to get another made. Even to the level of personally picking it up and exchanging over the one we had with no hassle. Highly recommend these two ladies for all your dress needs.

The customer service at this store is amazing especially from Kelly and Cate. They both went out of their way to making sure I had the perfect dress and saving the day. Would highly recommend them and Ferrari formalwear and bridal to everyone. Best service I have ever received as a customer. I will shopping here for every formal event.

I would never recommend this store. Not only was I made to feel unwelcome but the shop assistant didn't know the difference between a bridesmaid and ball dress. After being in the store for five minutes I ended up walking out.

We had such a lovely experience and purchased a beautiful Deb dress for my daughter. Kelly was amazing and so helpful, even though we didn't make an appointment she gave us her time and great customer service. Thank you!

Left crying alone in the fitting room with no assistance. Ferrari bridal was my first choice when it came to looking for wedding dresses based of my experience I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I booked an appointment and was told to try on dresses which were 6 sizes smaller than my dress size.then the staff left me trapped in a dress in the fitting room calling out for help, while they told me to hurry up and make a choice. They also kept insisting that I consider dresses for $800 or less despite not asking my budget, which was closer to the $5000 mark. Highly recommend checking out Fairytale Bridal 1km up the road, greater range of products and the customer service is substantially better.

Kelly was particularly attentive and found the most amazing dress for my formal! Would go back!

We brought both wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, grooms and groomsmen’s suits from Ferrari Mitcham, we are so happy with our choice they are absolutely amazing!

Ferrari offered me great priced rental suits for my three Groomsmen. The suits were also excellent in quality. They need to include more options for accessories but what they include is good value. The downside was poor staff communication and last minute errors. The Pocket Squares and Tie sizes were mismatched/wrong and thankfully I picked up on these issues in advance, even some on the day prior to the wedding!

Suit quality was perfect. All went well up until the stage they get your money.

Follow up communication is nowhere. No confirmation emails, no follow up calls. Was told to come pick up suits ASAP when I had our final fitting booked the next day - seriously can you not check you booking diary.

Upon initial fitment I confirm if the tailor would be available for alterations of mine and my groomsmen's suits - which I also confirmed multiple times with them at later dates, to only be told on the day that they are unable to alter them.

They wouldn’t know if they were coming or going, so be weary if you chose to go to this store.
If you do choose to go to Ferrari, CHOOSE ANOTHER STORE!

Wife mentioned they were fine for bridesmaids dresses if that has any redeeming quality but I hardly doubt it.

We didn't end up buying a wedding dress from here but Coral made one of the bride-to-be's first shops for a dress wonderful. Despite not having booked, she gave us her time and was fully into serving and visibly gave it her all. What a wonderful person. Thank you!

Just came out from there and the lady Maria who assisted me was really professional and fast. I have a wedding on Saturday so I was stressing but Maria made everything so easy and simple. Pick up the suit in a few hours after being measured. Feel really happy and grateful

I waited for awhile to get served, half the clothes were given to me to try on. Again waited for the staff to bring the jacket. So I just walked out and went East Land. Walked into east land store, got asked if I needed assistance and got assistance with everything, prompt, spend just over my budget, but was happy. Ferrari need to better manage, is it’s tricky, but receiving poor service from this store has not changed over 10-12 years. Been there over 10 years ago and I remember walking out due to lack of service.

Hired suits for my wedding at your Mitcham Store - originally back in 2020, When we went into lockdown i emailed to change the date of our postponed wedding - multiple phone calls later from a lady with the thick European accent who kept telling us we needed to change the date despite me telling her the new date every-time i eventually had to go into the store to correctly change the date.

Fast forward 2 postponements later We went back in for a refit 5 weeks prior to the wedding - Maree was fabulous and so helpful but again the lady with the thick accent was not she questioned why we needed refitting and did not want to help at all - Did not let my father or FIL try on there new sizes of suits just remeasured and said - you’ll be fine in turn leading to both suits not fitting 3 days before the wedding and having to try and exchange. Picking up the groomsmen suits and brining them home to find that one of the suits and vest was missing all its buttons and having to race back there 4pm the night before the wedding to exchange it. The service and quality was poor in my opinion and not worth the stress that was caused in the lead up to the day.

The pickup of the suits was poor with them only arriving in store 3 business days prior to the wedding and the communication was non existent when me having to call 3 times to find a pickup date from them.

Next time i will go somewhere else.

The team at Mitchum did my wedding. Not only was it so quick and easy to organise but so ridiculously valuable! I’ve not got my friends to use it for their weddings.

My Son had his Debutant ball in December last year after the date of the ball was moved twice due to Covid. My son did not try on his suit believing nothing would have changed from the first fitting earlier in the year. On the night before, I insisted he try his suit on and was horrified to find he had grown so significantly that the suit was short in arms and legs. When I arrived at Ferrari on the morning of the ball, they were so amazing and professional. They did not make us feel silly for not checking sooner. They just went the extra mile re-heming etc to ensure my son had the perfect suit and was comfortable. Thanks Ferrari!

Nesi and the team at Ferrari have provided nothing but exceptional service! We went there to purchase shirts and hire tuxedos for our wedding. During an already stressful period and with lockdown restrictions affecting our wedding and close deadlines they were very accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond! My husband and his groomsman looked so good. The tuxedos and the fit were perfect! Now our best man is heading back for his own wedding.

I recently purchased 6 suits for my 5 groomsmen and myself. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make everything easy for me and the price couldn’t be beat for the quality of suits purchased. Even the fittings were fun. Definitely 5 stars from me.
