Ferntree Gully Hotel

Very good accommodation in all aspects. Great location for us to attend a wedding nearby. Proximity to the many tourist attractions of the Dandenong Ranges an added feature. Smorgasbord meals at reasonable rates at the hotel was an added convenience. Will be back

I had a really good stay and it was my last hope to get a good motel that's not too expansive on long weekends during public holidays. The service was very nice and the room was clean and tidy.

Stayed at motel. Sleep in you car it will be cleaner. Broken sink. No light globes in lamps. List goes on. Pub food was good but dont stay overnight.

Very pleasant stay, If we return to the area will definitely stay again. Food was great and family friendly.

Amazing first night out being legal. Enjoyed a great night with boys. Maureen and Gangan were amazing. Amazing service and can’t wait to come back soon!

On first arriving we were impressed with the size of the apartment, then discovering no heating with 2 young children, dirty cloths, dozens of cigarette butts on the ground out the back patio, walking around barefoot on the carpet was disgusting our feet were black from it, broken furniture.
Customer service was helpful first night then quality of service deteriated the rest of the weekend. We checked out, completely over charged literally a couple of hundred dollars with an attitude that was rude and unhelpful - we won't be staying here again.

Update: called day after stay and spoke to manager Kelly, if you want anything assisted or rectified she is the one to go to - weekend Staff on the other hand don't bother.

The staff were happy, helpful and well presented.
Good play area for children. It keeps noise level of children down.
The downsides were the faintly smell of cigarette smoke in the room and
the toilet needed to be cleaned thoroughly.
